Rob Kardashian has infamously struggled with his weight, packing on an estimated 100 extra pounds in recent years while battling depression. Now, Rob is getting a helping hand from his new girlfriend Blac Chyna, reports Us Weekly.
Flaunting their relationship, Kardashian shared several videos showing Chyna going through his pantry in an effort to clean out the junk food from those kitchen cabinets. The 28-year-old former star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians seems to be increasingly willing to share his life after years of remaining in hiding. And some are crediting his 27-year-old gal pal Chyna for helping him improve his eating habits and attitude.
“What the f–k is this?” Rob asked of Raincoast Crisps.
They then eyed Sharon’s Sorbet.
“Nah,” rejected Chyna. “Are we supposed to eat this?”
Kardashian seems to love carbohydrates, judging from some of the foods his model girlfriend discovered. But she clearly does not share that love. Among the rejected foods that Rob had stashed in his cupboards were packages of tortillas, quinoa and pizza crust meal. As for Irish oatmeal?
“I mean I get his birthday is on St. Patrick’s Day,” proclaims Chyna. “[B]ut what the f–k is this, bruh?”
A tub of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter also earned a “nah” from Kardashian’s gal pal.
“Sometimes in life you have to eat healthy,” she lectured Rob.
How does his family feel about her?
Not everyone in the Keeping Up With The Kardashians family is on board, but a source shared with Us that it’s clear Kardashian is benefiting from Chyna’s directions.
“Everything about him has changed,” said the source. “She’s been so good for him.”
Even though Rob has been eating better and working out more since he began his new relationship, some members of the Kardashian and Jenner family are against the romance, a source told People.
And, their objections have heated up since Chyna was arrested for public intoxication and drug possession.
“[At first], it seemed Blac Chyna was really encouraging Rob to stay healthy and clean,” revealed the source. “But her arrest is changing things. The drug possession is very concerning.”
Rob was living with his sister Khloe Kardashian.
“[Khloe went] out of her way a million times to help him,” added the source.
Instead of living with his 31-year-old Kardashian big sister, Rob is residing with his new gal pal. And that’s made the family even more nervous, added the insider.
“No one wants Rob to live with someone who does drugs. If [Blac Chyna] isn’t helping him, Rob’s family won’t tolerate it.”
One sign of just how much Chyna has influenced Kardashian? Rob is considering gastric bypass surgery, a source told Hollywood Life.
“Rob’s tired of hiding and he’s dying to come out in public with Blac, but he’s not comfortable in his own skin. He wants his old rock hard body back and fast, which is why he’s considering gastric bypass surgery,” said the source.
Kardashian is weary of his weight gain, according to that source, and Rob likes the idea of what he sees as way to speed up his weight loss.
“Rob’s tired of being overweight. Working out in the gym will take him a while to get back in shape, but he doesn’t want to wait that long,” explained the source.”He’s considering doing this for his health, confidence and for Blac. He’s explained to her that once he sheds the weight, he will have so much more energy and would want to go on exotic vacations with her, go on fun excursions like skydiving and more.”
Even though Kardashian is so motivated to improve his health for his girlfriend, his sisters aren’t so thrilled.
“It’s simple…I miss you,” posted Khloe.
Kourtney Kardashian chimed in.
“True love,” added the mom of three.
Will the Kardashian sisters persuade Rob to dump his girlfriend, or are they pushing him closer to her? Several sources revealed to E! News that they’re at the point of being done with it.
“[Rob’s] sisters are livid about their relationship and not supportive of it at all,” said one source.
“All the sisters are united and think Rob is being disloyal,” shared the second source. “They want him to be happy, but they’re just so over the whole thing.”
