Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth Haven’t Wed Yet, But Are Planning For ‘Fun, Crazy & Colorful’ Wedding

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were said to have wed in a secret wedding weeks ago in Australia, but according to a new report, that is far from the case. Although Miley Cyrus has been spotted wearing her Neil Lane engagement ring in the weeks since she and Hemsworth got back together, Gossip Cop is setting the record straight regarding their alleged wedding.

On the cover of this week’s Life & Style, a headline reads, “Miley’s Married,” but Gossip Cop claims a source close to the couple has deemed the report “untrue.”

When the report was released, a source claimed Miley Cyrus and Hemsworth had tied the knot in a ceremony planned solely by Hemsworth, and added that they did so without Miley Cyrus’ family in attendance.

Miley Cyrus and Hemsworth had a “secret sunset wedding ceremony over the winter holidays,” the report stated. “Liam choked up as he began describing his love for [Miley Cyrus]… Then Miley started crying, too.”

Miley Cyrus and Hemsworth rekindled their romance late last year after calling off their engagement two years prior. However, rather than going super public about their reconciliation, the couple have kept things on the down-low, at least for the most part.

Life & Style‘s source also noted the couple’s nuptials as a “spur-of-the-moment” wedding, and said that during the ceremony, Hemsworth “asked everyone in his family to hold a candle.”

“He and [Miley Cyrus] lit each one, saying it represented the eternal flame of their love,” the source claimed further.

Still, Gossip Cop‘s source shut the rumor down, claiming that despite the detailed report, Miley Cyrus and Hemsworth remain engaged.

Although Miley Cyrus and Hemsworth may not be currently married, that certainly doesn’t mean that they won’t tie the knot soon, and according to a new report, they are already planning for a memorable ceremony. As they do their best to keep their romance away from the public eye, a Hollywood Life source claimed the two would ultimately wed in a “psychedelic” wedding.

“[Miley Cyrus] wants her wedding to be like a Flaming Lips concert, in other words fun, crazy and colorful,” an insider revealed on February 18. “She wants a psychedelic wedding that will forever be embedded in her head! Flaming Lip concerts are known for being really outrageous and anything goes. The more bizarre, the better, and that’s exactly the kind of dream wedding [Miley Cyrus] has in mind. It will for sure be a destination wedding that will last at minimum three days.”

According to the report, Miley Cyrus’ wild image is a bit much for Hemsworth, a serious actor, so she’s decide to tame her behavior as she and her fiance head towards their special day. In addition to being less “raunchy” since getting back together with Hemsworth, Miley Cyrus has encouraged her man to let loose a bit, and he has.

“As far as her image goes, [Miley Cyrus] has already taken huge steps to tone that down,” the source explained. “She is a lot softer and far less raunchy these days and that’s all because of Liam. On the flip side, Liam has loosened up a lot — basically they’ve met in the middle over her image and so far so good.”

Miley Cyrus and her fiance have not yet spoken out about their alleged secret wedding, or their upcoming ceremony plans.
