Kristen Stewart Slams Celebs For Selling Their Lives, Hates On Social Media

Always willing to speak candidly on those topics that really annoy her, Kristen Stewart has stepped up during an interview to voice how intensely she values her privacy and how disgusted she is with those celebrities who don’t.

In an interview with AnOther magazine, Stewart shares that she finds it to be “bulls**t” when celebrities use their personal life to capitalize. Kristen worded her perspective on the subject in a quite straightforward and biting manner, as Entertainment Tonight shares.

“People who are interested in selling a life as if it’s a comic book story? It’s just money, money, money, money. It’s just bull**** distraction, and a lot of people make a lot of money on that, because we wanna get distracted.”

In the same interview, the star admitted that one thing she wished she could change about her own manner is to be more uninhibited and to just “dance.”

“I wish I could dance like nobody was watching. I danced the other night and it felt so ****in’ good. And it’s so not like me. I envy people like that so much. I’m pretty physical, but I really need to let myself go. Honestly, I just wish I could ****in’ dance more. That’s all.”

Stewart continues in her blunt manner, “I wanna ****in’ dance.”

The actress also spoke in a separate interview with the Hollywood Reporter recently and lumped in her distaste for celebrities capitalizing on their personal life with the emptiness she sees in social media.

“I’ve never fed into it. I’ve never had a public Twitter, I’ve never had a public Facebook or things where people go on and look at your every move, like Instagram and stuff like that, because it’s just so empty and distracting. I don’t understand how so many people don’t view it as what it is, which is nothing at all. It’s just nothing, all of it — it doesn’t exist. And so yeah, it’s weird — but it makes sense. It supports a demand from a lot of bored people. [It produces] a lot of money, a lot of hits on websites.”

Although the actress, who has most recently been involved in starring in Woody Allen’s most recent effort, points the finger at other celebrities and often speaks as though she can do no wrong, Stewart was sure to indicate the fact that she knows she can make mistakes on-set and off, but that shrugging it off, learning from the experience, and pushing on is the best strategy to make the whole mess-up something positive.

Movie Pilot relays the star’s words about getting up and trying again.

“I f**k up a lot. But it never stops. The work never stops. ‘One more time with feeling. Do it again, do it again. Oh, you think you fucked up? You don’t think that was good enough? Sweet, do it again, do it again, do it again.'”

Sooner to be released to theaters is Kristen’s efforts in the movie Equals, which she stars in opposite Jennifer Lawrence’s ex, Nicholas Hoult.

The Twilight actress’ love life has been kept much quieter ever since the very public relationship Stewart had with co-star Robert Pattinson. The romance ended in a less-than-desirable way when Stewart was caught in an affair. However, Pattinson has since moved on to find love with FKA Twigs. The actor is now engaged to the music artist and appears to be thrilled with his found happiness since parting ways from his blunt and secretive ex, Stewart.

Stewart’s views about celebrity are certainly not irrational and have their place in today’s society that is so hungry for fame and celebrity.
