‘The Willis Family’ Returns For Another Engaging And Music-Filled Season

When the first season of their popular series The Willis Family ended, the Willis clan just kept going. Over the summer and fall months of 2015, the Willis family has been traveling and performing all across the U.S. and beyond. The show resumed filming around September of 2015, and fans of the show will be able to see many of the places where this multi-talented family performed.

The Willis Family Facebook page just released the premiere date and posted, “Catch up on the first season of the ?#?WillisFamily? on ?#?DiscoveryGO? before the season premiere on Tues, March 15!”

Fans and those interested in checking out the series for the first time can go to the Willis family page on Discovery to watch previous episodes online.

As if filming the second season and recording a new album doesn’t keep them busy enough, the Willis family recently announced on social media and on their website the launch of a new jewelry line. Jessica designed the Willis Clan logo for the jewelry currently being offered, which is a necklace that comes in two sizes and is now available for purchase. They state that this is the first of many other designs to come.

Many fans first became familiar with the Willis family when they appeared on America’s Got Talent, where they made quite an impression and got people talking. Although the Willis family didn’t win the competition, they did make it to the quarterfinals.

No stranger to having cameras and film crews following them around, the Willis family also appeared on the Great American Country (GAC) network. A video posted there shows the older children, who were all homeschooled, checking out the University of Tennessee with parents Brenda and Toby. Although they are interested in a furthering their education, for the time being, their musical careers as a family unit comes first.

Besides their music, the 12 children (four boys and eight girls) have a wide range of interests, including dancing, wrestling, writing, and art. They have won regional and national dance titles and placed in world competitions for their music and dance. As a family, they often appear regularly at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Pulling from their Irish heritage, the Willis family produces a beautiful blend of harmonies and instrumentals in order to create their own unique brand of music.

A sneak peek clip of the new season follows the Willis Family as they are shown touring, singing, and working on their new album. They also need to change up the dance routines they use during performances. There is also a segment where the patriarch of the family, Toby, is having some health issues. They discover something toxic in their home is making them sick. The clip doesn’t specify whether they have a mold issue or something else going on in their home.

For now, the family continues their hectic touring schedule. The Willis family recently performed at Walt Disney World in Florida, and Jess and Jeremiah will be heading to Ireland soon. They will be appearing at the Belfast-Nashville Songwriters Showcase next month. The Willis family schedule shows that they will be performing at 10 different venues for the month of March alone. If they are planning to watch the premiere of their new season, they may be watching from a hotel room instead of from their home.
