Gwyneth Paltrow To Launch ‘Goop Skincare’ March 1 — Talks ’10 Reasons You Feel Old And Get Fat’ New Book

Gwyneth Paltrow’s goop newsletter might be roundly made fun of sometimes by folks who marvel at the outlandish prices of some of the products that Gwyneth promotes, but goop still keeps rolling along all the same. The publication recently touted how foam rolling the fascia connective tissue can help make people taller, younger and slimmer, reported the Inquisitr. Now, goop is giving people advice on why they may feel old and fat, as well as breaking the news about a new goop skincare launch.

On the goop website, a small block of text in the upper left-hand corner of the website has announced that folks who want to “Get First Dibs” can sign up to receive news and information about the upcoming goop skincare launch. Coming March 1st is “goop skincare,” reads the website, offering readers a chance to sign up to receive news about the goop skincare launch.

The 43-year-old Paltrow is already well known for promoting the products she loves on her goop website. One of the most recent products is the book 10 Reasons You Feel Old and Get Fat…: And How YOU Can Stay Young, Slim, and Happy! by M.D. Frank Lipman.

On goop, there’s a new article featuring an interview with Dr. Lipman, who tells folks how they can not look so old and tired, with plenty of tips about growing older more gracefully. Dr. Lipman does away with myths that aging must come with assumed ailments like gaining weight and feeling tired. Instead, he writes about how getting rid of sugar and getting one’s good bacteria and bad bacteria in check can help make a difference in the quest for feeling and looking youthful.

The 10 reasons a person might feel old and fat are spelled out right in the beginning of the article, with goop going into more detail in the piece with Dr. Lipman.

“Reason #1: You’re Not Eating the Right Foods and Getting Enough Healthy Fats.
Reason #2: You’re Eating Too Many Carbs and Starches.
Reason #3: Your Microbiome Is Out of Whack.
Reason #4: Your Hormones Are Out of Balance.
Reason #5: You Don’t Move Enough.
Reason #6: You’re Stressed!
Reason #7: You’re Not Getting Enough Sleep.
Reason #8: You’re Overmedicated.
Reason #9: You’re Not Getting Enough Nutrients.
Reason #10: You’re Lacking a Sense of Passion, Meaning and/or Community”

According to People, the goop skincare line is a natural extension of the self-care Paltrow already preaches and is seemingly a good representative for, considering her own youthful appearance. Instead of praying to turn back the clock, Gwyneth has stated that being in her 40s is a blessed gift and feels prettier now than she felt when she was in her 20s.

“I wish more women had told me that at 40 you sort of stop worrying about what other people think about you, and you come into yourself in the most phenomenal way. I think the 40s are such a gift, and I feel more beautiful now than I did 10 years ago or 20 years ago. I think even though physically I don’t look like I did when I was 25, I feel beautiful because I feel like myself. I was a mess in my 20s! I would never want to go back. I’m so thankful to be where I am.”

Gwyneth recently had to deal with a stalking situation that went to trial. Paltrow was reportedly stalked, reported the Los Angeles Times, by Dante Soiu, a man from Ohio who was acquitted of stalking the actress. Dante allegedly sent Paltrow 66 gifts between the years of 2009 and 2015.
