David Carradine’s Official Cause of Death was Asphyxiation

Remember David Carradine? An independant medical examiner hired by his family after his death has determined that David Carradine died of Asphyxiation that was not caused by suicide.

In a statement released by Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden, whom Carradine’s family hired to perform a second autopsy on the Kung Fu actor’s body after it was shipped back to the U.S. from Thailand, Baden said:

“The cause of death was asphyxiation, an inability to breathe, now why that happened is still what we’re working on. He didn’t die of natural causes, and he didn’t die of suicidal causes from the nature of the ligatures around the body, so that leaves some kind of accidental death.”

David Carradine was found in a Bangcock, Thailand hotel room in early June, deceased and hanging by his arms inside a closet. He had ropes around his wrists, neck and genitals.
