Miranda Lambert & Anderson East Update: Planning For Children, Feuding With Gwen Stefani?

Miranda Lambert began dating R&B singer Anderson East, an Alabama native, at the end of last year, months after her divorce from Blake Shelton, and now, a source claims the 32-year-old country star is “definitely” in love with her new boyfriend.

According to a February 13 report by E! News, Miranda Lambert and Anderson East’s relationship has grown increasingly serious in the months since they met, and they are looking towards their promising future.

“They both have discussed wanting kids one day,” a source told the outlet on Valentine’s Day weekend. “When they are both not on tour, they are with each other. They video chat or text and keep connected every day.”

Miranda Lambert’s ex-husband, Blake Shelton, filed for divorce in July of last year after four years of marriage, and a short time later, he debuted his new relationship with Gwen Stefani, with whom he stars on The Voice. Meanwhile, Miranda Lambert was linked to a couple of other men, including country singer Sam Hunt, but didn’t go public with anyone until the start of her relationship with East in late December.

Since then, Miranda Lambert and her new man have spent time together in Oklahoma, traveled west for a ski trip, and, according to E! News, have introduced on another to their close friends and members of their family. Miranda Lambert has also introduced East to her fleet of animals, which he loves.

“Anderson loves all 15 of Miranda’s animals,” their insider shared. “They both are very into helping make a difference. [Miranda Lambert] is definitely in love with Anderson.”

The source also stated that Miranda Lambert had no ill will towards her ex-husband, and Stefani, and was said to be glad “they are happy.”

“She is in the best place of her life now and looking forward to the future!” the insider explained.

Despite E! News‘ report, a second publication claimed Miranda Lambert’s relationship with Shelton and Stefani wasn’t as civil as they lead on. In fact, according to In Touch Weekly, via Hollywood Life, Miranda Lambert was still upset about their relationship, and headed for an “explosive” showdown.

“Gwen paraded her romance with Blake like it was some big prize she won at the county fair, to make her feel better about the end of her marriage to Gavin Rossdale,” the magazine alleged. “It wasn’t fair and it wasn’t nice. Gwen broke all girl codes in the book.”

Just weeks after Miranda Lambert’s divorce from Shelton was announced, Stefani, who appeared on The Voice Season 7 and The Voice Season 9, revealed she and Rossdale had ended their marriage after 13 years and three children together. Then, in a shocking turn of events, Us Weekly reported news claiming Rossdale had engaged in a three-year affair with the couple’s nanny, Mindy Mann, prior to their split.

While Miranda Lambert has never publicly spoken out against Stefani, the source claimed the country singer is still in touch with Shelton, and when they communicate, she is very clear with her feelings towards the mother of three.

“[Miranda Lambert] doesn’t hold back when she communicates with Blake, whether it’s through texts that she knows Gwen will see, phone calls or through mutual friends,” the magazine alleged. “Gwen feels Miranda is hurt and acting out when she does it. But even though she knows that, it doesn’t sting any less… Sometimes she can’t control herself.”
