Scott Disick Spotted Drinking, Partying In NYC Amid Kourtney Kardashian Reconciliation Rumors

Scott Disick may be hoping to reunite with ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian following the reality star’s decision to end their longtime relationship last year, but it appears that Disick’s most recent outing may put an end to the reunion rumors after he was spotted drinking in NYC just three months after leaving rehab.

In November, Scott Disick checked himself into a Malibu rehabilitation facility to seek help for his battle with drug and alcohol abuse, however, ended up checking himself out of the facility prematurely. Disick also briefly checked into a rehab facility in Costa Rica last March, just a few months before he was spotted vacationing in Monte Carlo with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli, Gossip Cop reports.

According to sources close to the Kardashian family, Disick’s decision to check himself into rehab stemmed from his desire to not lose custody over his three children Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1.

However, it appears that Disick’s current custody agreement with Kourtney Kardashian may be in jeopardy after he was spotted partying it up in NYC with a group models at the city’s famous Up&Down nightclub earlier this week.

According to TMZ, Disick was spotted at the NYC hotspot on Tuesday to watch Fetty Wap perform, only to be photographed with a beer bottle in hand shortly after the rapper’s performance. Witnesses in attendance at the event also revealed to the site that Disick was “drinking the entire night” before being spotted hitting the clubs with a group of models once again on Thursday.

The site explains that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have agreed to amicably co-parent their three children with the caveat that Scott is able to remain clean and sober, which could mean that Kourtney may not allow Disick to have unsupervised physical custody of their children now that he has been spotted drinking following his latest rehab stay.

While Scott Disick was partying it up with models in NYC earlier this week, Kourtney Kardashian also spent some time in the big city to show her support for brother-in-law Kanye West who debuted his Yeezy Season 3 collection on Thursday.

Despite the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan having attended West’s fashion show, including Khloe Kardashian’s ex-husband Lamar Odom, a source close to Disick reveals that the reality star made a point to “avoid the crew all together” while they were in NYC on Thursday, E! News reports.

The source further explains that Disick appeared to be “slightly high-strung” during his outing earlier this week, but noted that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star didn’t appear “too drunk” at the event.

While neither Kourtney Kardashian nor Scott Disick have spoken out about the reality star’s recent behavior, the mom-of-three did recently return home to Los Angeles in order to reunite with Mason, Penelope, and Disick as seen on Kardashian’s Instagram post from Friday.

“There is nothing better than coming home to my little true loves,” Kourtney Kardashian wrote alongside a photo of a homemade Valentine’s Day card and treat from her three children.
