Teresa Giudice Desperate For A Son To Spike Viewer Interest On ‘RHONJ’

Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, have been trying really hard to conceive another baby since her release from the Danbury Federal Correctional Institute in late December after spending almost a year behind bars. A source told Radar Online that the couple is making up for lost time, and Teresa is desperate to have another baby, a son this time, before Joe begins his prison sentence of 41 months.

“They are definitely trying to have a baby. She and Joe have been intimate since she got out of prison in December. She really seems to be glowing right now. She looks like she could be pregnant already.”

At one time, Teresa publicly declared that she did not want any more children, but her decision changed after she came out of jail. Or perhaps it changed while she was in jail because according to the source, Teresa confessed to her fellow inmates at the Danbury Federal Correctional Institute that she wanted to have another baby. Deseree Bradshaw, who served time with Teresa Giudice, said, “She talked about it when we would all pass around baby photos.”

Many are thinking that Teresa is using this as a way to hype the ratings on Real Housewives of New Jersey. It seems like the perfect set up to have single mother Teresa become pregnant as she raises their other children, while her husband serves his prison time.

“Teresa knows a baby would be ratings gold, especially with her as a single mother with Joe in jail. And it would be a dream for Bravo, too. Everybody wins.”

Teresa and Joe already have four daughters, but Joe would like to have a son to carry on the family name. Teresa’s sister-in-law has a 5-year-old son, Gino, and in 2009, according to In Touch Magazine, Teresa underwent in vitro fertilization to help her become pregnant. Nevertheless, the couple’s hopes of having a son were destroyed, when their daughter, Audriana, was born. However, the source maintains that Teresa still wants to give Joe the son he always wanted.

Teresa and Joe Giudice believe that this baby will somehow help Joe with some of his legal problems. After Joe serves 41 months in jail and he is released, he faces the possibility of deportation back to Italy because he is not a U.S. citizen. They believe that if Teresa becomes pregnant with his child, it will somehow change things. Apparently, they believe that if she has his child, he may not be deported, but if he is, then Teresa is more likely to move to Italy with him.

“He believes that if Teresa has a baby, there’s a better chance she would follow him to Italy.”

Currently, Teresa Giudice is busy promoting her new memoir, Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again. She is also busy filming for the TV reality series, Real Housewives of New Jersey. With such a full schedule, and raising four daughters, it may be hard for Teresa to add pregnancy to the mix, but she will undoubtedly manage to cope very well as a single parent.

According to Life & Style, Teresa has “been acting really excited about the future, and she looks like she’s put on some weight, I think she could actually be pregnant.” Joe couldn’t be happier than to have his wife Teresa pregnant with his child, and he really wants it to be a boy this time. Joe Giudice will surrender himself in March, 2016, so the couple has until March for Teresa to get pregnant.

In 2013, In Touch reported that Teresa Giudice did not want to carry any more children, but she and Joe were considering an alternative method of having a son, so they thought about having a surrogate carry the baby. Another source told In Touch that they already have their son’s name picked out, and they will name him Franco, after Teresa’s father-in-law.

Do you think that Teresa Giudice is really trying to have another child, or is it hype to stir up interest in her life and the show, Real Housewives of New Jersey? If Teresa does become pregnant, will it have any bearing on Joe being deported back to Italy?
