Ariana Grande has allegedly parted ways with her manager, Scooter Braun, following Justin Bieber’s recent wandering eye.
RadarOnline is claiming that “multiple sources” have confirmed that Grande has decided to “terminate” her contract with Scooter, who also famously manages Bieber, just under three years after she first signed to his roster in 2013.
“I can confirm [Ariana is] no longer working with Scooter Braun,” an insider allegedly confirmed to RadarOnline on February 12, adding that it was Grande’s decision to “terminate the agreement.”
While the site is speculating that the parting of ways is due to Scooter’s close relationship with Justin, the insider was supposedly not willing to clarify what caused the professional parting of ways.
“I don’t want to get into the details, but she terminated the agreement,” the insider said, adding that Ariana “does continue to be managed by Untitled.”

Although Ariana is yet to publicly speak out regarding the report, Grande and Bieber did recently come to blows on social media after Justin allegedly left some very flirty comments on one of Ariana’s Instagram videos on January 20.
After Grande took to the social media site to show off a pretty flirty video of herself playing around with a few Snapchat filters, Bieber supposedly commented on Ariana’s video, writing, “Damn Ariana u look so good.”
But while it appeared that Bieber was pretty impressed by Ariana’s social media skills, those feelings weren’t exactly reciprocated.
“lol no,” Ariana wrote on Twitter shortly after Bieber’s flirty remarks hit the web, after which she continued in a separate tweet, stating, “not today satan!!!!!! gtg finish this music & live my cute, drama free life!!”
Ariana’s boyfriend, Ricky Alvarez, also appeared to get in on the social media action following Justin’s comments, sending a pretty scathing message of his own to the “What Do You Mean” singer on the photo sharing site.
“@justinbieber keep looking player,” Ricky supposedly commented on the video. “I already told you she does.”
But while both Ariana and Scooter have yet to officially confirm RadarOnline’s claims that they’re no longer working together, Braun had nothing but praise for Grande when the two first began working together back in 2013.
“She reminds me of both Mariah [Carey] and Christina [Aguilera],” Scooter Braun told MTV News of Grande two years ago. “Christina was this young, petite girl with this gigantic voice and Ariana kind of has the same thing… and her tone and her range remind me of Mariah.”
Scooter continued to gush about Ariana Grande in the to MTV News interview, revealing that he first spotted her at several awards shows during her time on the Nickelodeon series Sam & Cat.
“I started watching videos and I started getting blown away by what an incredible voice she had. There’s kind of a natural beauty about her and this charisma that make you gravitate towards her,” Braun said of Grande in 2013.
“[Ariana] kind of has this warmth that makes you want to root for her, and that’s what you want with an artist. The fact that she has ridiculous vocal range, it was incredible and that she can do it live,” he revealed to MTV News. “She’s so little and petite when she opens her mouth it’s kind of unbelievable that it’s coming from this little person.”
“The thing about Ariana is she has that charisma and star [power],” Scooter continued. “The thing that’s exciting is the voice and what she can do with it. With a voice like that you can have a very long career because you can always sing.”
Are you surprised that Ariana Grande and Scooter Braun have allegedly parted ways?
