Dakota Johnson Wants ‘Fifty Shades’ Co-Star Jamie Dornan To Show Full Frontal Nudity

Dakota Johnson’s body was on full display for the film Fifty Shades of Grey, and no one was surprised, given the context of the material. The film, which is based on the book alternatively coined as “mommy porn,” examines a dominant and submissive relationship between a wildly handsome wealthy man and a young virginal college student.

Fans were upset that star Jamie Dornan didn’t show off his package as much as Dakota Johnson. And from the looks of it, it sounds like Johnson was disappointed, too.

Johnson is currently promoting her comedy, How To Be Single, and a few days ago, she was on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live. Of course, the subject of her hunky co-star Jamie Dornan came up. First Cohen asked whether or not her parents had seen the film. Johnson explained that they haven’t because she’s nude. “Why would they want to see that? Honestly.”

As for her co-star Dornan, Dakota promised that he will be going full frontal for the upcoming sequel, given that he only showed a split second glimpse of himself in comparison to Johnson’s nude scenes. The actress said, “I’m going to make him get fully naked in the next one.”

Johnson’s How To Be Single co-star, Leslie Mann, agreed that seeing Dornan’s penis in the upcoming film was an exciting thing. “He should be. I would like that.”

The Fifty Shades of Grey actress replied, “Everybody wants to see the D!” referring to Dornan’s package. “The Dornan D. We should start a movement—a campaign,” said Johnson.

When word was out that Jamie Dornan wasn’t showing himself in the first film, fans were up in arms over it. Dornan tried to explain to the Guardian why he didn’t have any interest in going full frontal.

“You want to appeal to as wide an audience as possible without grossing them out. You don’t want to make something gratuitous, ugly and graphic.”

On how he avoided being nude, Dornan told GQ UK of his prep for his scenes.

“Your dignity is intact as much as it’s all tucked away in a little flesh-colored bag. As a guy you put all your essentials in a little bag and you tie it up like a little bag of grapes and it’s tucked away. It’s quite a peculiar thing to do every day.”

As for as what he thought about the S&M scenes, Dornan declared himself as a liberal. “I’m an extremely liberal person, I don’t give a f**k. If people are into that, they’re into that… There’s weirder s**t than that. I think plane spotting is far weirder than S&M.”

That said, for the upcoming sequel, it seems as though Dornan has had a change of heart. So, what exactly changed his mind about going full frontal? Well, according to Hollywood Life, Dornan may be wagering an extra $1.5 million to go nude. A source said, “They’re offering Jamie a bonus of $1.5 million to do a full-frontal scene in Fifty Shades Darker.” Looks like producers are willing to do whatever it takes to get Dornan to agree.

From the looks of it, fans are celebrating about this news.
