Yolanda Foster’s Children Have Lyme Disease: ‘RHOBH’ Shows Proof Of Anwar & Bella Hadid’s Diagnosis, Mohamed Hadid Speaks

Yolanda Foster’s Lyme disease has been a hot topic throughout the sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but last week, the conversation took an odd turn when speculation grew in regard to the diagnosis of her two children, Bella and Anwar Hadid.

On tonight’s episode, Yolanda Foster will be seen reacting to her co-stars’ comments about the children’s Lyme disease.

“Did Lisa Rinna say we were talking about you?” Kyle Richards asks Yolanda Foster in a sneak peek at the February 9 episode of the show.

“It was more about Lisa brought up my kids not being sick,” Yolanda Foster responded.

During a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the cast addressed Yolanda Foster’s children’s illness, and while chatting, Lisa Vanderpump claimed their father, Mohamed Hadid, Foster’s ex-husband, never said they had it.

“My name is suddenly being brought into something I really didn’t want to be a part of,” Vanderpump explained in her confessional.

Then, in another scene, Rinna tells the cast, “Somebody’s talking to [Yolanda Foster] about the kids, and it wasn’t me!”

Yolanda Foster is also seen presenting documentation to Richards and Vanderpump, which will reportedly silence any rumors regarding her children’s Lyme disease.

Following last week’s show, Yolanda Foster’s ex-husband, Mohamed, spoke to fans on Instagram, claiming that while it was suggested that he had denied his childrens’ diagnosis, he simply didn’t want to turn their health into a public conversation.

“I do not wish to make public my family’s private matters, but I would like to make it clear that I completely and unequivocally support my children and their mother,” Hadid wrote on Instagram last Tuesday night. “I can only imagine that my response to a question at dinner asking how my kids are doing with ‘fine’ was misconstrued. I have too much respect for all 5 of my children to speak about them publicly in a restaurant or otherwise. I will not speak further on something that should be put to rest now.”

Yolanda Foster also released a statement about her co-stars’ conversation last week on her Bravo blog. At the time, she admitted she was disappointed in the speculation but also added that she simply couldn’t control the ongoing questions surrounding both her and her children’s health.

“The short of it is I felt tremendous disappointment in hearing the women continuously cast doubt on my health journey and especially that of my children. It doesn’t feel good. But it’s real life, and I will only seek to control what I can,” Yolanda Foster wrote.

Yolanda Foster was first diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, around the time she joined the Season 3 cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and ever since, she has been extremely vocal about her diagnosis, and determined to raise awareness.

While filming Season 5 of the reality show, Yolanda Foster suffered a Lyme disease relapse, which left her unable to read, write, or watch television, and it led her to make an early exit from the reunion special. Then, last year, after having a leaking breast implant removed, Yolanda Foster regained her ability to write, and has since been more active on her blog and continues to keep fans in the loop with her health on social media.
