Tyga Seeks To Modify Custody Agreement After Blac Chyna’s Arrest [Report]

The Tyga-Blac Chyna relationship gets more complicated every day, it seems. In the wake of Chyna’s arrest for public intoxication and drug possession, Tyga is reportedly fighting for custody of his son. Currently, Blac and Tyga have joint custody of King Cairo Stevenson, 3.

Instead of sharing custody, Tyga would like to have full custody of his son during the week while allowing the boy visits with Blac Chyna on the weekends. The agreement sought by Tyga is what he’s wanted all along, according to Gossip Cop.

Tyga decided to move forward with the legal paperwork after Chyna was arrested last week at an airport in Austin, which, Tyga believes, proves Blac is “a sketchy parent,” according to TMZ.

“Tyga is alarmed his baby mama was arrested for possessing ecstasy and being wasted in public, and he’s now sharpening the legal knives to wrestle custody from her… Tyga has already filed legal docs to change the custody arrangement, and now thinks Chyna’s recent run-in proves he’s the more responsible parent and he should have King during the week, allowing her visitation on weekends.”

Tyga’s recent claims are interesting, given the fact that the rapper was criticized in October for allegedly exposing King Cairo to marijuana. At the time, Tyga’s reps dismissed the claims, saying that the reported video was deceiving. According to Gossip Cop, his reps insist that Tyga “never smokes around the boy.”

Previously, Blac Chyna sought full custody of the couple’s son on the grounds that Tyga’s relationship with teenager Kylie Jenner is inappropriate and shows a “lack of maturity.” Tyga reportedly began dating the 18-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star amid rumors that he had cheated on Blac with the reality TV starlet.

Oddly, it seems as if Blac Chyna has a way of attaching herself to the Kardashian-Jenner family. It was recently revealed that Blac is dating Kylie’s older half-brother, Rob Kardashian. In fact, it was Rob who drove from Los Angeles to Austin to pick up Blac Chyna when she was released from the Austin lock-up.

The relationship initially caused friction between Rob Kardashian and his famous sisters, as Blac has long been a nemesis of the Kardashian family. Once upon a time, Blac Chyna and Kim Kardashian were good friends, but that all changed when Blac began publicly attacking Kim’s youngest sister Kylie Jenner on Twitter. The majority of Blac Chyna’s Twitter attacks revolved around Jenner’s relationship with her ex-fiancé, Tyga.

To make matters more complicated, Blac is best friends with Amber Rose, who was recently at the center of a controversy that included Kim Kardashian’s husband, Kanye West. Blac wisely stayed out of the Twitter feud involving Kanye and her best friend Amber, and it appears now as if all in the Kanye-Amber Rose Twitter feud has been forgiven. Kanye even chocked the entire situation up to a misunderstanding.

If Amber is to be believed, she isn’t the only person who the Kardashian sisters have recently forgiven. On Thursday night, Amber Rose was spotted at LAX, where she spoke to TMZ and insinuated that Rob’s sister may have forgiven their brother for his recent whirlwind relationship with Blac Chyna, too. Initially, Kim Kardashian and all of her sisters were reportedly furious about the situation, with Khloe Kardashian going so far as to admonish her brother on Twitter.

Are you still keeping up with these Kardashians? Within the past few weeks, headlines involving the family members have been quick and, at times, difficult to follow, but this recent news about Tyga’s son with Blac Chyna seems as clear-cut as can be. Tyga wants full custody of King Cairo, and he’s willing to use Blac Chyna’s arrest to his advantage.

What do you think about Tyga’s reported custody plans? Do you think his custody agreement should be modified based on Blac Chyna’s recent arrest? Why or why not?
