The Game Loses $10 Million Lawsuit Due To Alleged ‘Thirsty Transvestite’ Priscilla Rainey

West coast rap artist The Game has just lost a $10 million sexual assault lawsuit, which was filed by by Priscilla Rainey, a contestant on the VH1 reality series She Got Game, according to HipHopDx. Rainey originally filed this lawsuit back in August 2015, claiming that the Compton rapper sexually assaulted her after shooting the show while he was allegedly under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Rainey claims the rapper forced “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks,” according to TMZ. Priscilla also claims that The Game sexually assaulted her multiple times prior to this.

Rainey’s lawyer, Adam Horowitz, said, “My client was damaged by the sexual assault. She’s been in therapy. Now, she’s anxious to tell her story.”

The Game recently fired back, denying the sexual assault, saying that his lawyers will be responding very soon. Since Priscilla Rainey only won a judgement, and this does not necessarily guarantee that she will be paid $10 million.

“Let’s get one thing very CLEAR: that thirsty Gatorade mascot of a transvestite WILL NEVER see $10,000,000 or anything close 2 a penny of my money,” Game wrote in a vicious Instagram post. “People think because they read a headline in BOLD PRINT it’s true.”

“She won a judgment of 10 million $’s & that means that a judge because I’m overseas has given this chicken a chance 2 MAYBE be able to afford a lifetime supply of lace front hair glue if my lawyers don’t respond to this suit by the 26th of this month which they will do tomorrow am. Soon as I’m home, me & my lawyers will EAT THIS CASE like a box of Minion Twinkies on sale at Walmart!”

Priscilla Rainey, as it turns out, has responded to The Game on Instagram.

“Fraud and prostitution arrest? Mustache? Never touched me? Suing VH1? Sad. Smdh,” Rainey wrote on an Instagram post, responding to The Game’s comments about Priscilla being a “thirsty transvestite.” In another post, she suggests that The Game contacted her through Instagram, sending her his phone number.

The Game insists that Priscilla Rainey is only upset that she was not a winner on the VH1 She Got Game reality show and is now retaliating by suing for money. The Game says that the only reason he lost the case in the first place was because he was out of the country at the time of the court hearing and could not appear. He’s confident Rainey will lose both lawsuits — the one she filed against him and the one she filed against VH1.

“Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her. She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started. She was begging for my attention the entire time we shot the show & was given the ultimate Major League Baseball CURVE ball so that upset her & made her lil wee wee hard so she did what all chicks like her do when life gives them no other options…. They sue you!”

Rainey recently revealed a screenshot she took of her Instagram DM’s right after she quit the show.
