Kate Upton Talks About Mastering Kegels And The Booty Burn

Kate Upton has some new tricks up her sleeve. The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model learned a few moves at the gym.

Kate Upton, 23, has been sharing videos of her gym workouts on her Instagram page. In her latest post, she shows herself doing some crazy hip thrusts while lifting some heavy weights. One fan remarks that they’re over 400 pounds – now that’s impressive! Upton takes things further when her trainer, Ben Bruno, tells her to do three more reps. Instead, she pushes up for four reps.

The video ends with Kate looking proud of herself and giving the camera her killer smile and a thumbs-up. She jokingly captioned the clip, “I take my kegels seriously @chelseahandler @benbrunotraining.”

Kate’s fans have taken notice of the video. So far, it has received over 50,000 likes and over 3,500 comments. Since Kate’s a bikini model, it’s no surprise that she has to go the distance when it comes to staying in shape.

Some commented about Upton’s amazing strength in the post. One wrote, “Impressive beauty and strength!” while another added, “I came here just to watch this video.”

It’s unclear whether or not Kate was actually working out with comedian Chelsea Handler, or if she was just quoting one of her jokes. Check out the incredible video for yourself on Kate Upton’s official Instagram page.

There’s something else that Kate Upton has learned at the gym and that is the booty burn. According to E! News, she has been giving her fans major workout goals with her viral video. Upton has also shown herself doing squats with weights that are half her size.

When she’s not lifting weights at the gym, Kate can be seen doing yoga. Last month, she showed off her impressive acrobatic skills by doing an aerial yoga pose while on vacation with boyfriend Justin Verlander.

The model shared an Instagram photo of herself in the inverted yoga pose using an aerial hammock. Upton wrote in the caption, “Come on everyone is doing it @ben_verlander @justinverlander #rainyday #justhanging”

The blonde beauty was seen hanging upside down in a gray T-Shirt, black yoga pants, and maroon ankle socks.

Of course, this isn’t the first time that Kate Upton has defied gravity. The first defied gravity in her iconic photo shoot for Sports Illustrated’s 50th Edition. Upton posed in nothing but an itty bitty string bikini as she flew around in space.

How does the model stay in shape? Before working with Ben Bruno, she used to work with personal trainer David Kirsch, who spoke to Elle magazine about her workout and diet routine. He says that Kate is extremely strict with her diet, which includes plenty of protein, greens, and other veggies.

“Everyone wants to know if she is disciplined with her diet and exercise, and the answer is that she is amazing about the diet. She does a few egg whites with spinach for breakfast, and when she wants to, she does a 48-hour cleanse. She loves my Thermo Bubbles for snacks and my Super Charged Greens. She has a very good sense of how she needs to eat for her body.”

In addition, most of what Upton eats is gluten-free. She also stays away from alcohol, sugar, and processed carbs. When it comes to Upton’s workouts, she does circuit training for 60 to 90 minutes per day.

“We do extreme, intense circuit training. We do three or four circuits and change them up a lot. There’s lots of core, butt, and thigh shaping and toning. We work with resistance bands, stability balls, do lateral lunges for the inner thighs, and for arms we do boxing. She has her own pair of boxing gloves, and she will beat me up. She loves it! It’s a very efficient way to work out and get your cardio in.”

Anyone who wants Kate Upton’s body but doesn’t want to be a bikini model should try high intensity circuit training twice a day, for 10 to 15 minutes during each session.
