Michael Moore Gets Cozy With Fox News’ Megyn Kelly [Watch]
Michael Moore has done what few people ever thought they would see in their lifetime. As a matter of fact, Moore has done two things that most would not believe.
First of all, he appeared on Fox News last night as a guest for anchor Megyn Kelly. But that is not the most shocking part of what has happened in his life.
The biggest shocker of last night was that he went on the show with Megyn Kelly and they both got happy and were on the same page about many issues they discussed, even getting cozy with one another and praising each other.
Yes, you read that right. According to Deadline, Michael Moore went on Fox News and praised one of their news anchors in regards to current events playing out in the Republican Primary Presidential race.
For those who are unfamiliar with the history, or the “love affair,” between Michael Moore and Fox News, this is kind of like Senator Joseph McCarthy attending a state dinner in his honor – in Russia.
Moore joined Kelly on the show last night to promote his new documentary film, Where To Invade Next, which mostly villainizes the conservative party in America. With Fox News being such a conservative news outlet, the relationship between the network and Michael Moore has been somewhat strained to say the least.

Moore has frequently referenced Fox News in his documentaries in the past, in essence demonizing them for biased reporting and going as far as to say they are pandering propaganda to the general public.
Even though Michael Moore has frequently made those references to Fox News in his films, he has also been very vocal in various social media outlets.
Fox News has also reciprocated the feelings back to Michael Moore by reporting on him and featuring various talking heads on their news shows to make comments and voice their opinions on the controversial filmmaker.
So that is why it was so shocking to see Megyn Kelly not only open up one of her segments by featuring a preview of Moore’s new film, but by also featuring him on the show as well. Needless to say, viewers of the network were somewhat shocked to see Michael Moore on the show and voters that lean toward the Liberal side of politics were quite shocked to see it on YouTube the next day.
Michael Moore was on the show to promote his movie, but he had an alternate agenda when he first got an opportunity to speak once Kelly introduced him and the camera showed him.

Surprisingly enough, the first words out of Michael Moore’s mouth was not a slam against the network, but rather a compliment directly to Kelly herself.
Kelly has recently been in the news lately because Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump has refused to take part in the debate on Fox News because she would be the moderator.
In the last few months, there has been a very public feud between Kelly and Trump, one that has played out on the mainstream media as well as on social media.
One of those incidents played out on TV when Trump gave an interview after the first debate on Fox News and said she had “blood coming out of her… wherever.”
That statement seemed to insinuate that she was experiencing her menstrual cycle while she was moderating the debate and asked Trump about his history of making misogynistic statements.
From that point forward, the feud has raged on and Kelly has been mostly quiet about it.
But Michael Moore was having none of that and as soon as he went on the show, he complimented her about her heroic stance against Trump. She graciously laughed it off and Moore continued to sing high praises for her stance and demeanor against the GOP Presidential frontrunner.

Michael Moore even remarked that she had “done something that Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, [Mark] Rubio, [Ted] Cruz – none of them have been able to do… which is essentially frighten him [Trump].”
