One of Taylor Swift’s Biggest Fans Loses 425 Pounds by Dancing to Her Music

International pop superstar Taylor Swift is often credited with creating some of the catchiest tunes of her time and hits that are sure to get everyone on the dance floor. That certainly appears to be the case for one of Swift’s biggest fans, who claims to have lost a total of 425 pounds by dancing and working out to her music.

In his bid to shed some serious pounds, Ronnie Brower underwent a 15-hour surgical procedure to remove over 35 pounds of excess skin following his weight loss. This is a man that really did go about changing his life for the better, yet he still claims Taylor Swift to be one of his biggest inspirations in doing so.

The procedure Brower underwent was designed to make flabby flesh tight again, according to plastic surgeon Dr. Dennis Hurwitz, who spoke to Inside Edition. That being said, the procedure did leave some scars on Ronnie Brower, but this is something that he completely understood before going under the knife, and it was a sacrifice that he was more than happy to put up with in order to deal with his weight issue once and for all.

Taylor Swift may have been Ronnie Brower’s inspiration to lose weight, but for his girlfriend Andrew Mascella, it was Brower himself that provided inspiration for her to go on and lose 120 pounds herself, when the pair exercise together in Syracuse, New York. In all though, Brower claims to be the healthiest and happiest he’s ever been in his life. Who would have thought that the weight loss would be down to Taylor Swift? Her music is said to change lives and we’re sure that Ronnie Brower would agree that’s definitely the case here.

For anyone living under a rock for the last decade, Taylor Swift is one of the biggest singer-songwriters of the 21st century. Signed to Sony’s Big Machine Records label, the star is believed to have millions of fans across the globe and only attracts more of those such fans with each blockbuster record that she releases. However, Swift didn’t actually start her career as a pop start and initially focused on her Nashville roots with country music. That being said, it’s believed that Taylor Swift found her killing in some of her earliest pop focused hits, including the likes of “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and “I Knew You Were Trouble”.

This is all before Taylor Swift released her fifth and latest studio album, 1989. It’s largely believed that this pop-focused album is the hit that catapulted Swift into the forefront of modern music. 1989 sold over one million copies in its first week of release and included hit singles such as “Shake It Off”, “Blank Space” and “Bad Blood”, all of which have respectively reached number one in countries across the globe. There’s truly no slowing Swift down, with the announcement around her next album expected soon.

However, perhaps Taylor Swift’s biggest achievement is how she has managed to change lives across the glove with her music. That’s definitely the case with one her biggest fans Ronnie Brower and his extraordinary weight loss story. We’re sure he’s not alone though, considering Swift’s fan base across the globe, there’s a good chance that more and more fans are turning to her music to provide some much needed motivation during the weight loss process. Fantastic music, electrifying live performances, and now even weight loss inspiration, is there anything that Taylor Swift can’t give to the world?
