Chris Brown Not Upset Over Karrueche Tran And Future Dating Rumors, Model Denies Dating Rapper

Karrueche Tran may be ready to get back into the dating scene after her split from Chris Brown last year, but it appears that the model remains single despite new rumors suggesting that Tran has been getting cozy with Future over the past few weeks.

Earlier this week, rumors of a budding romance between Karrueche and Future began after the Purple Reign rapper took to Instagram to share a photo of himself promoting Karrueche’s new clothing line, With Love.

While several celebrities have been spotted wearing T-shirts and hoodies from Karrueche’s clothing line, the dating claims continued to escalate after Tran took to Twitter to share a photo of herself while captioning the shot with the title of Future’s new track, “Wicked.”

The speculation was further fueled by Karrueche Tran’s ex Chris Brown after the singer took to Twitter to share a photo of himself holding up his middle finger with the caption “f*** you” just hours after the Karrueche and Future dating claims surfaced.

Despite the claims, Karrueche Tran’s rep shut down the rumors via Gossip Cop by telling the site that any speculation suggesting that Karrueche and Future are dating is a “lie” and that Tran and Future “don’t even know each other.”

“This is a huge lie,” Karrueche Tran’s rep revealed to the site, “[Karrueche and Future] don’t even know each other at all.”

While Karrueche Tran may not be moving on from Brown to date Future, who was previously engaged to Ciara, the model recently expressed her desire to begin dating once again after her tumultuous split from Chris in 2015.

Last week, Karrueche Tran took to Twitter to seemingly poke fun at her dating life, telling fans that “being single and trying to date I am so awkward and weird.”

Tran further explained that she’s struggling to find “a place between being guarded and opening up” when it comes to meeting someone new.

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran parted ways in March of last year following the news that Brown had fathered a child with model Nia Guzman. While Karrueche and Chris were initially rumored to get back together following the split, the duo has since expressed their desire to move on from their past relationship.

Karrueche was previously rumored to be dating Danish DJ Morten in December after the duo were spotted together in Los Angeles. However, Tran’s rep later denied those dating claims, ET reports.

While Karrueche has been adamant about focusing on her career following her split from Brown, the model did open up about her reluctance in trying to date again in a cover story interview with Kontrol Magazine.

When asked how she’s learning to move forward following her and Chris Brown’s breakup, Karrueche explained, “I haven’t really explored dating yet and I’m not sure if I’m mentally there just because of all the stuff that I’ve been through. It’s a lot to open up to somebody.”

“I think people are intimidated by the drama [from my past relationship],” Karrueche continued, noting that people don’t want “to deal with it because it’s an ongoing story. I’m very guarded and very to myself.”

While Karrueche and Chris Brown most recently sparked reconciliation rumors after the model was spotted donning a diamond ring that Brown gifted to her two years ago, Karrueche personally spoke out against the claims while explaining her decision to continue wearing the ring.

“I wear this ring when I want to because it’s my ring. It’s on THAT finger because it keeps men away. Simple as that.”

While Karrueche Tran may be looking to move on romantically from Chris Brown, it doesn’t appear that the model is moving on with Future.
