Kourtney Kardashian Finally Talks Scott Disick Split: ‘Every Day Is Different’

Despite unending headlines and rumors, Kourtney Kardashian hasn’t had much to say in the past six months about her public split with Scott Disick, but that all changes in an an upcoming interview with Ellen DeGeneres.

On Friday, The Ellen DeGeneres Show released a clip showing the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star clearing the air about the status of her relationship with her ex-boyfriend.

“Well, we’re not together. I feel like every day is different, but we’re totally getting along. Like, we have three beautiful kids together…But, you know, he’s family. He’ll always be.”

The Ellen DeGeneres Show interview with Kourtney Kardashian is scheduled to air on Monday.

Kourtney and Scott split in July after Scott was seen canoodling with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli, in the south of France. Prior to the split, Kardashian and Disick had been together for more than nine years and, as Kourtney mentioned, the pair have three children together: Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1.

The photos of Disick and Bartoli in France came on the tail end of a month-long bender for Disick. Since then, the self-proclaimed “Lord” checked into an outpatient rehab program in an effort to clean himself up for his children. As often discussed on KUWTK, Scott has a long history with alcohol and substance abuse. Scott’s most recent rehab stint is believed to be his longest to date, as he previously had a habit of checking into treatment centers and leaving quickly — sometimes even on the same day.

Since the split, Scott and Kourtney have both been at the center of dating rumors, though neither appear to have had any type of serious relationship. Kourtney was recently rumored to have been hooking up with Justin Bieber after photos surfaced of her leaving his hotel room late at night, but sources close to both Bieber and Kardashian (including sister Khloé) have since attempted to diffuse the rumors.

Scott has also been the subject of a plethora of dating rumors, ranging from young Instagram models to the random women he’s been spotted kissing at clubs. The rumor that gained the most traction, however, was the one that put Scott in a relationship with model Lina Sandberg. The pair were reportedly seen kissing in a Beverly Hills restaurant, but subsequent reports have stated that neither Sandberg nor Disick are interested in pursuing a serious relationship with one another at this time.

According to a previous report from the Inquisitr, a source told E! News that instead of dating, Scott simply wants to focus on his family.

“At the end of the day, Scott wants his family back together. He wants to be back with Kourtney. At this point, anyone else is just a distraction.”

If Kourtney Kardashian’s interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show is any indication, it sounds as if Scott and Kourtney are in a good place right now for their family; at least, they seem to be in a better place than they were several months ago, when rumors indicated that Kourtney might not let Scott see his children if he didn’t clean up his act.
