Josh Duggar Hit With Porn Star’s $500,000 Sex Assault Lawsuit Amid Anna Duggar Pregnant Rumor: Duggars Scandal Timeline
Josh Duggar may have thought that 2015 was the worst year of his life. But the oldest son of the Duggar family and co-star of the now-cancelled 19 Kids And Counting is finding out that 2016 isn’t much better, as he now finds himself facing a battery lawsuit from a porn star Danica Dillon, reported the Daily Mail.
The $500,000 sex assault lawsuit facing Josh includes Danica’s allegation that Duggar made her feel “as if she were being raped.” She also claims that Josh paid her for sex in both March and April, and that Duggar came up to her while she was working at Philadelphia strip clubs.
However, Josh insists he has never even encountered Dillon, nor has he ever visited the strip club at which she claims the meetings took place. Duggar, 27, also believes he has an alibi for one of those encounters.
“[Josh Duggar] manhandled Plaintiff and physically assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries,” alleges the claim from Dillon.
Danica also claims that just one month later, Josh re-appeared to express his apology. However, they then had sex a second time.
“[Duggar] engaged in identical tortuous conduct,” claims Dillon.
Consequently, the porn star alleges that she has PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) and is undergoing treatment.
Marc Frumer, her lawyer, revealed that Josh may find himself on the stand answering questions regarding his past, which would include the reports that he molested five underage girls when he was a teen.
“The defendant may be subject to [having to talk about] his prior bad [or] sexually abusive acts at trial,” said the attorney. “The defendant has a history of sexual and physical abuse towards women, particularly those he perceives as vulnerable or weak. He has to be held responsible for his actions.”
And it’s not just Josh who could find himself on the stand. Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, his parents, may also have to testify about the “prior bad acts” in which Josh engaged.
Josh Duggar Sex Scandals Timeline
Last May, the news went public that Josh had molested five underage girls when he was a teen. Four of those girls were his sisters. 19 Kids And Counting got canned by TLC soon after the reports surfaced and were confirmed.
Then came the Ashley Madison website leaks, revealing that Duggar had used the site. Josh then admitted to cheating on his wife Anna as well as an addiction to porn prior to entering a rehab treatment center in the summer.
“I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife. I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him.”
The faith-based treatment center in which Josh got help was supposedly intended to provide guidance with his cheating and porn addiction. Anna visited Duggar during the holidays.
What’s Next For Josh Duggar?
Will a new baby make five for Josh and Anna? Radar Online cites a source claiming that Anna and Duggar are expecting a fifth child following her overnight stay with Josh at his rehab.
“Anna announced that she thinks she is pregnant again,” said the source. “She believes the baby is a sign that God has forgiven Josh for his many sins, and she’s vowed to stand by her husband.”
Duggar is expected to stay at his faith-based rehab Reformers Unanimous until late next month while battling that $500,000 with porn star Danica Dillon.
And regardless of all those scandals, Anna is sticking with her man.
“My prayer and my heart’s desire is for our marriage to be restored,” declared Anna on the TLC special that recently aired featuring Jill and Jessa Duggar.
