Charlie Sheen Cuts Off His Kids With Denise Richards

Though Charlie Sheen says he he has evolved, Denise Richards would beg to differ. Richards alleges that Charlie Sheen has threatened to kill her and their daughters and sends horrible text messages, frightening both Lola and Sam.

It seems Sheen is on a roll once again alienating all of the people in his life.

According to the Inquisitr, Charlie Sheen has been angering ex-wives right and left. Brooke Mueller is back in rehab, allegedly because stress caused by Charlie Sheen selling her house out from under her stressed her out, and sent her back to using drugs. Their twin boys are now living with their grandparents, as Sheen is also unable to care for them. Sheen also stopped using his HIV medication, and his viral levels are now detectable.

TMZ is reporting that Denise Richards is afraid of Charlie Sheen for herself and her girls. Sheen has been resorting to name calling and she is afraid that his bipolar disorder makes him unpredictable.

“I’m giving all your gifts including the air hockey table to the homeless,” he once said. She says he then began threatening to evict them.

And the rant didn’t stop there.

She also claims she overheard a conversation with 10-year-old Lola in which he called her “a f***ing pig whore” and yelled, “I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom.”

But Sheen’s lawyer says that he is still paying many expenses, but that he doesn’t have the same amount of money he is used to.

“In addition to what Charlie has been paying Denise, he also pays for school, all expenses and it’s still not enough for her. He intends to fight this and believes he will prevail.”

RadarOnline says that Denise Richards has filed a lawsuit against Charlie Sheen, and she will no longer be keeping his secrets. Sources close to Richards said she has reached her breaking point.

“The lawsuit accuses Sheen, 50, of selling a Mulholland Estates mansion that was put in a trust for their daughters, and not turning returning the money to the trust after it was sold. The house was supposed to give them financial security for the future, according to insiders. Sheen is the only defendant in the suit.”

Charlie Sheen is also behind in child support.

“At most, he was behind two months by missing a payment because he switched business managers,” a source previously explained.

The suit also says that Sheen took money out of a trust that belongs to his two daughters.

The New York Daily News says that Denise Richards alleges that she fears for her life.

Charlie Sheen said the suit is only a desperate attempt to get even more money from him. But Richards says that she has a number of text messages from Sheen to the girls on their phones, and they are not the kind of language that a father should be using with his children. Sheen curses at them, and threatens their safety and stability.
