Yolanda Foster’s Ex-Husband Mohamed Hadid Doesn’t Believe Their Children, Bella And Anwar, Have Lyme Disease?

Yolanda Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, and has been sharing her battle with fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ever since, both on the show and on social media. However, what fans didn’t know up until recently was that Yolanda Foster’s two youngest children, Bella and Anwar Hadid, have been battling the illness as well.

In October, while accepting the “Power of One” Award at the inaugural Global Lyme Alliance gala in New York, Yolanda Foster announced the shocking news regarding her children’s health.

“When my two youngest children, Bella and Anwar, were diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease in early 2012, watching my babies struggle in silence in order to support me in my journey struck the deepest core of hopelessness inside of me,” Yolanda Foster said at the time, as reported by E! News.

Around the same time that Yolanda Foster and her children were diagnosed with the crippling illness, the former model signed on to appear as a full-time cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Prior to being added to the cast, Yolanda Foster was close to Lisa Vanderpump, as Vanderpump was a longtime friend of her former husband, Mohamed Hadid, the father of her three children. However, as the years have gone by, the two women don’t appear to be as close as they once were. Instead, Yolanda Foster is mainly seen with Erika Jayne Girardi, who was added to the cast for season 6.

Continuing on during the gala, Yolanda Foster revealed her regret in missing out on key moments of her children’s lives over the past few years. She even referred to herself as “a dumb blonde in the white robe,” who spends most of her time in bed, while her children are out making careers for themselves.

“This award is for Anwar and Bella,” Yolanda Foster continued. “This is my token and my promise to you that I will not allow you to live a life of pain and suffering. I will walk to the end of the earth to find a cure so that you can live a healthy life that you deserve.”

Throughout the sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Yolanda Foster has been accused of exaggerating her symptoms, and even faking her illness, and now, in a shocking turn of events, her former husband, Hadid, has reportedly stated that he doesn’t believe Bella and Anwar truly have Lyme disease.

In a sneak peek at next week’s episode, shared by Daily Mail on January 21, Kyle Richards is seen asking questions about Yolanda Foster and her kids, and when she asked what Hadid was saying about Anwar and Bella’s alleged struggles with Lyme disease, Vanderpump said that Hadid said, “No.”

Because nothing else was revealed in the sneak peek, fans will have to wait and see what exactly Vanderpump reveals about Hadid’s reported claims, and whether or not he really thinks they do not have Lyme disease.

As soon as the topic is brought up on the sneak peek, Lisa Rinna, who infamously spoke of Munchausen Syndrome, a disorder in which people fake illnesses, said she would not be touching the subject of Hadid’s thoughts with a “10-foot pole.”
