Khloé Kardashian Makes Shocking Admission About Plans To Have Children With Lamar Odom

Khloé Kardashian recently made a shocking confession on her talk show Kocktails With Khloé. Apparently, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and her estranged husband Lamar Odom were actually preparing to be parents just months before the piece of their marriage fell apart.

According to Radar Online, Khloé Kardashian made the shocking admission during a discussion with her younger sister, Kendall Jenner, and rapper Snoop Dogg on Kocktails With Khloé. As the conversation progressed, she revealed she and Lamar considered adopting children. Although Khloé doesn’t have children of her own, her sister Kendall recounted a number of times her sister’s mothering skills came in handy over the years. “I always wanted to work with kids, either be a social worker or be a school teacher,” Khloé said.

For those who don’t know, Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom faced a number of complications while trying to conceive. Many Keeping Up With the Kardashians episodes captured defining moments in Khloé and Lamar’s relationship as they struggled to conceive and explored other pregnancy alternatives.

“She’s really, really good with kids,” Kendall added. “Even when I was a kid, she was like my second mom. My mom would leave and go to lunch every day because she knew that Khloé would be there.” The latest news follows reports about opposition between Khloé Kardashian and her current boyfriend, James Harden. Although James has been relatively patient and understanding about Khloé’s support of Lamar in the wake of his brush with death back in October, now he’s reportedly ready for them to move forward.

According to Hollywood Life, an insider has revealed that James is now pressuring Khloé to refile for divorce. In fact, the insider has also revealed Khloé’s quality time with James is spent talking about Lamar more often than not. “James has been pressuring Khloé to put the divorce back in motion,” a source said. “He doesn’t like that Khloé is still married to Lamar. It’s awkward for him. James recently stayed at Khloé’s when his team was in LA to play the LA Clippers and the Lakers. It was supposed to be a happy time, but instead, he spent it complaining to Khloe about Lamar.”

At this point, no one really knows what the future holds for Khloé Kardashian. Although she’s reportedly being pressured to move forward with divorce proceedings, it is still unclear whether she’ll do so. Due to Lamar Odom’s hospitalization, she decided to halt their divorce proceedings because it was unclear how Lamar would fare.

Since he suffered as many as a dozen seizures, two strokes, and organ failure, his cognitive functions were disrupted, leaving him with brain damage that affected his ability to walk and talk, according to Us Weekly. He spent nearly three months in the hospital and it was uncertain if he’d survive the debilitating injuries. During an interview on the TODAY show, Khloé Kardashian revealed that it could take up to two years for Lamar to make a full recovery. However, it is unclear whether she’s willing to wait the entire time for him to make that recovery before proceeding with the divorce.
