Justin Bieber & Hailey Baldwin Split? The Couple Haven’t Been Seen Together In Over A Week

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin debuted what appeared to be a committed relationship with one another weeks ago while celebrating the Christmas and New Year holiday in Anguilla with Bieber’s family. However, after arriving back in Los Angeles, the couple may have pumped the breaks on their alleged romance.

On January 20, the Daily Mail revealed Justin Bieber hadn’t been spotted out with his rumored girlfriend in over a week, and when he did surface in Los Angeles while grabbing lunch at The Grove with no sign of Baldwin, he appeared “glum.” Meanwhile, Baldwin has also stepped out in Los Angeles a few times and looked to be a bit down and out, as well.

While in Anguilla, Justin Bieber and Baldwin looked to be happy. Throughout their trip, the reported couple shared photos of one another, and photos together, one of which featured Baldwin kissing the back of Bieber’s neck and another that included a passionate kiss between the two. Still, their passion has been completely kept away from the prying eye of fans ever since their trip ended.

As for why the two may be slowing their relationship down, a source claimed on January 20 that Justin Bieber’s upcoming Purpose world tour has played a major part in the potential end of his relationship with Baldwin.

“Being single on tour is one thing [Justin Bieber] really wants to happen,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “He doesn’t want to be tied down so he can enjoy the benefits of what a tour can usually bring. Doesn’t bode well for Hailey or anyone else in Justin’s life.”

Justin Bieber was also reportedly put off by Baldwin’s alleged ultimatum regarding their romance.

“[Justin Bieber] has never liked when people tell him what he can and can’t do,” an insider told Hollywood Life earlier this week. “Every time someone in his life has tried to restrain him or given him a hard time about his behavior he has ended up rebelling. His mom tried and she and Justin ended up having a falling out. Selena tried and their relationship hit the rocks. Now the same thing is happening with Hailey and it’s backfiring on her.”

According to the report, Justin Bieber is pulling away from Baldwin, which is a total shame considering they get along really well when she’s not putting pressure on their relationship.

The source went on to explain that while Justin Bieber may be open to settling down if the right woman came into his life, Baldwin is just not that person, and the feelings he has for her are not the same as the ones he had for Selena Gomez, whom he openly dated for years.

“[Justin Bieber]’s still searching for a girl who made him feel like she did,” the source explained. “Right now, [Justin Bieber] and Hailey are just really good friends. Yeah they are hooking up and she definitely wants a commitment from him but lately they have just been ‘f’ buddies.”

Justin Bieber and Baldwin have appeared to have an on and off relationship for years. Although they only just recently seemingly confirmed their relationship with romantic, they’ve hinted at the possibility for many months and are often seen spending time together in Los Angeles. However, with Justin Bieber’s upcoming tour, which will take him to several countries around the globe, perhaps where his focus needs to be is on his music.
