Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian and her significant other Scott Disick welcomed a baby girl into the world this past weekend, according to The Washington Post.
Weighing in at 7 pounds, 14 ounces, daughter Penelope Scotland Disick arrived on Sunday at the Los Angeles based Cedar-Sinai Medical Center to the reality show clan, joining 2 year-old big brother Mason.
USA Today reports that sister Kim Kardashian immediately took to her blog to welcome the new addition and to congratulate the loving couple.
“Welcome to the world, Penelope Scotland Disick,” she said.
“Kourtney gave birth to a beautiful baby daughter on Sunday and the whole family is so thrilled to finally meet her! She is absolutely perfect! I am so excited to be an aunt again and can’t wait to spoil little Penelope. I know Mason is going to be the best big brother in the whole world. Congratulations Kourtney and Scott. Xo”
33 year-old Kourtney took the time to speak with E! News, letting them know that her natural birth went as planned and to express their thankfulness for their new baby girl.
“Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably,” Kourtney toldE! News.
Mother Kris Jenner also took the time to speak with E! News, saying “[Penelope] is so cute. She looks just like Mason. She’s so beautiful. We are so happy.”
