WWE Rumors: Hulk Hogan Talks Possibly Appearing At ‘WrestleMania 32’

It’s not entirely certain what will be happening at WrestleMania 32, or even who will be appearing, or what matches will be taking place. Some rumors and feuds are pointing in a few directions, but anything is possible to happen between now and then. One thing that is almost totally certain, though, is that Hulk Hogan won’t be appearing at the big event in early April.

Before the summer of 2015, Hulk Hogan had publicly stated that he had spoken to Vince McMahon and was trying for one more match. Apparently, there was a very good chance that Hogan was going to get his one more match at WrestleMania 32, and it would be a retirement send-off, of sorts.

Fast forward about two months later and Hulk Hogan was fired by WWE due to racial comments had had made on a sex tape of him that was released online. The NY Post reported that Hogan was heard dropping racial slurs and derogatory comments about the African-American boyfriend of his daughter, Brooke.

At that point, not only was Hogan fired by WWE, but any mention of him had been pretty much stricken from the history of the company. Things have calmed down a bit sense then, but many wondered if he would ever get back on good terms with WWE.

While things may not be totally bad right now, it isn’t quite known if they’re even remotely better.

WrestleZone brought attention to a tweet that a fan aimed at Hogan and asking about a rumor that was going around. The rumor was one that said Hogan was going to be in Texas on April 3, and would be appearing at WrestleMania 32. The legend replied.

That’s not the only question or rumor that Hogan has had to deal with, though, in regard to WWE and his possible return. He told someone else, “at this moment I’m not coming back.” While things always have the chance of changing, it doesn’t seem like they will anytime soon for Hogan.

For Hogan to return to WWE, he would first have to be in contact with someone at the company. That’s what another Twitter user asked, and the Hulkster’s response wasn’t very positive on that topic either.

WWE has had a lot of issues in the past year with serious injuries that have caused numerous top stars to miss a lot of time. Names such as Seth Rollins, John Cena, and Randy Orton won’t be at WrestleMania 32 while others like Daniel Bryan and Cesaro may miss out, as well.

That being said, WWE is doing whatever they can to make the event one of the biggest ever and have legends like The Rock and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin appearing. The injuries have caused lots of problems and holes, but WWE isn’t going to make a bad name for themselves, either.

Even with times being tough, there are a lot of other names that the company can turn to in order to generate more interest.

No matter how desperate things may be now or much worse it might get, it’s hard to think that WWE will bring back Hulk Hogan. Yes, he’s a legend and will always be known as one in the company and in all of wrestling, but as for Hogan appearing at WrestleMania 32, don’t bet on it.
