Josh Duggar Lawsuit May Lead To Grim Outcome, Danica Dillon To Drop Truth Bomb Proving Her Claims?

Josh Duggar has been fighting to refute Danica Dillon’s sexual assault claims in the highly publicized lawsuit she’s filed against him by insisting he never met her, but the latest bombshell may suggest otherwise — only if Danica Dillon can prove it.

According to Radar Online, the stripper and adult film star has been ordered to prove that her sexual encounters with Josh Duggar did, indeed, occur. For those who don’t know, Danica Dillon filed a lawsuit against Josh back in November of 2015. Danica, whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, alleged that the consensual sexual encounters with Josh Duggar took a turn for the worse when the reality star allegedly assaulted her. But due to their conflicting accounts of the series of events that occurred, the judge denied Josh’s motion to have the case dismissed and Danica has to provide proof to support her allegations.

In the U.S. District Court documents obtained by the publication, the judge stated that Danica must provide substantial proof indicating the two nights Josh allegedly paid for sex in Pennsylvania did happen. This particular order could lead to one of two different outcomes. It could actually be a big turning point in the case that would either help Josh Duggar get off the hook or prove to be a catastrophic hit for the 19 Kids & Counting star.

The latest report follows Josh Duggar’s motion to have the lawsuit dismissed. In the lawsuit, Danica Dillon graphically described her encounters with Josh Duggar, claiming that they had such rough sexual intercourse she felt as if she were being raped. Of course, Josh fired back denying the allegations. However, that’s not all. He also had a totally different account of Danica’s claims because he insisted they’d never met. In fact, Josh even went a step further by saying he’d never even laid eyes on Danica Dillon, according to TMZ.

“Presumably, if this matter is of such importance to her that she would file a public complaint, make accusations about Defendant on national television and demand more than half a million dollars, producing some documentation of her losses and injuries and the names of people who have knowledge about her allegations within the time set by this Court and required by its rules should be feasible,” Duggars’ attorneys stated in January 8 documents. “In fact, Defendant believes it should be a priority.”

If Danica Dillon can successfully provide proof of the allegations, Josh Duggar could be ordered to pay approximately $500,000 in damages for “physical and emotional injuries” she claims she suffered during the consensual encounter. However, that’s not all.

Solid proof could also lead to more marital problems for Josh Duggar and Anna. Despite looming divorce rumors, Anna Duggar has reportedly decided to stand by her husband as he fights to clear his name, but Danica’s evidence could be a major hit to the progress Josh and Anna have made to reconcile their marriage.

For those who missed it, Anna had considered divorcing Josh Duggar in the wake of the molestation scandal involving his younger sisters. Anna had even moved with their children to her parents’ home in Florida while Josh was in rehab in a Rockford, IL, rehabilitation facility. But over the past couple months, she’s reportedly had a change of heart. Now, she and Josh are rumored to be expecting their fifth child. However, those rumors have yet to be confirmed or denied.
