Teresa Giudice Makes First Post-Prison Red Carpet Appearance, Films ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ Season Seven? [Photo]

Teresa Giudice and her daughter, Gia, made their first red carpet appearance on Thursday night, January 14, since The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was released from prison at the end of last month.

Following Teresa Giudice’s return home for the holidays, she and her oldest daughter, 14-year-old Gia Giudice, were photographed at the opening of her sister-in-law — Melissa Gorga’s — new store in New Jersey, as seen in the photo below.

As fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will recall, Teresa Giudice and Gorga have had an up and down relationship in recent years. Since Gorga, the wife of Teresa Giudice’s brother, Joe Gorga, joined the cast during season 3, allegedly without Teresa Giudice knowing, the women have butted heads due to swirling rumors regarding Gorga and her past. However, while filming the sixth season of the show nearly two years ago, Teresa Giudice and Gorga appeared to settle their differences, and judging by Teresa Giudice’s recent appearance, their reconciliation has been confirmed.

Prior to the appearance, Teresa Giudice was on Twitter, where she shared a post about her daily activities, explaining, “So much appreciated, Thanks Dr. @billsong and @janeruffoskin for making a house call. @hydrafacial was just what I needed. Love it!!”

Although no photos of Teresa Giudice and her sister-in-law have surfaced on social media quite yet, they likely will as time goes on, and even if they don’t, fans will reportedly be seeing the two women at the opening of Envy by Melissa Gorga when the seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey premieres later this year.

While walking the red carpet with Gia, Teresa Giudice spoke to press, offering an update on her post-prison demeanor, and praising Gorga for her “great style.”

“I’m feeling great,” Teresa Giudice told E! News on Thursday evening. “I’m happy to be here to support my brother and my sister-in-law Melissa for the grand opening on her boutique Envy. [Melissa] has great style and you see her on the red carpet and you see her being photographed, so, and you can tell from the photographs that she has great style.”

In other Teresa Giudice news, the reality star will soon embark on a book tour. Although she is said to be on house arrest (Despite the sentence, Teresa Giudice is allowed to participate in certain court-approved activities) until February 5, she will be traveling to New York City after the book’s release on February 9.

“[Teresa Giudice] is so excited to promote the book and leave the state of New Jersey! She hasn’t been to New York City in over a year and misses it,” a source told Radar Online on January 14. “She will be doing a full promotional tour for the memoir, which she wrote while behind bars. Expect to see [Teresa Giudice] on GMA, Bravo, and other media.”

Teresa Giudice wrote her memoir, Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again, while behind bars, but the publication will include more than just details about her incarceration.

“There also will be book signings scheduled at all the hottest spots. More than anything, [Teresa Giudice] is so grateful for this second chance and to interact with her fans,” the source added.

Meanwhile, Teresa Giudice’s husband, Joe, is preparing for his 41-month sentence, which will take place at Fort Dix, in New Jersey, beginning in March.
