Yolanda Foster Divorce: ‘RHOBH’ Wants Spousal Support From Husband David, Lisa Vanderpump Talks Lyme Disease

Yolanda Foster is worth a reported $45 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth, but she still wants spousal support from her soon-to-be ex-husband, David. Although The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple announced their plans for divorce, it wasn’t until recently that Yolanda Foster officially filed, and in her documents, she’s requesting David’s ongoing financial support.

On January 12, Us Weekly revealed details of Yolanda Foster’s divorce filing, noting that she cited “irreconcilable differences” and was asking for spousal support. In a second report, via Radar Online, also on January 12, it was revealed that Yolanda Foster and her husband signed a prenup before they wed on November 11, 2011.

According to the report, a source previously told the site, “The couple had a prenup. The divorce should be cut and dry.”

In other Yolanda Foster news, her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Lisa Vanderpump, recently weighed in on her split from David, claiming the divorce was completely unexpected.

“I was totally gobsmacked…Shattered, shocked,” Vanderpump explained to Jenny McCarthy on her SiriusXM show, Dirty, Sexy, Funny with Jenny McCarthy, via a January 12 report by E! News. “I loved seeing them together and I thought they were a great fit. I don’t know if it’s the illness that has taken a toll. It must have. I know when I’m not well, it gets bloody inconvenient.”

As fans may recall, Yolanda Foster was brought aboard the Bravo reality series as a friend of Vanderpump, who she knew through her ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid, the father of her three children. Hadid often appears on the show, and due to his closeness with Vanderpump, is well-known by fans.

Around the time Yolanda Foster came aboard the cast during its third season, she was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and in the seasons that have followed, fans have watched as her condition has gotten worse. Then, during the currently airing sixth season of the show, they saw Yolanda Foster reach an all-time low. At the beginning of the installment, the reality star and mother of three was seen in her condo, where she broke down while talking to Cody Simpson’s mom, Angie, about her suffering.

While it was certainly upsetting for her co-stars to see Yolanda Foster ill, things eventually took an odd turn, when her condition was questioned by Taylor Armstrong. Then, after Armstrong brought up her inconsistent social media feed, Lisa Rinna mentioned Munchausen Syndrome, in which people fake illnesses for attention and sympathy. Rinna also revealed she had often been confronted by people who feel Yolanda Foster’s health hasn’t been as bad as she often makes it seem online.

Continuing to McCarthy, Vanderpump spoke of her own questions about Yolanda Foster’s Lyme disease.

“I took some heat in the first episode when I said, ‘Well I have questions,’ but as you see now…I think she has questions now too,” Vanderpump explained of Yolanda Foster. “She’s having her breast implants taken out so is it silicon poisoning that’s really damaged her immune system?”

And as for the news that Yolanda Foster’s two youngest children, Bella and Anwar are suffering from Lyme disease as well, Vanderpump said, “I never knew that. So you’ll see that as that progresses.”

For more of Yolanda Foster, her husband David and her co-stars, including Lisa Vanderpump, tune into The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season Six, airing tonight and every Tuesday night at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Also, catch Vanderpump on Watch What Happens Live at 11 p.m.
