Are Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Planning To Marry In 2016? It Could Be ‘A Recipe For Disaster’

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth seemingly just cannot have enough of each other.

As Inquisitr reported recently, Miley appeared keen to rekindle her relationship with her old flame, Liam Hemsworth, after the pair were spotted partying Down Under last week. As can be expected, the Internet was awash with reports about the pair getting back together; although the veracity of those reports have not yet been confirmed by the couple themselves, new rumors about Cyrus planning to propose to The Hunger Games star have already started to do the rounds.

According to Hollywood Life, a source close to Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth confirmed reports that the former Hannah Montana star was, indeed, planning to walk down the aisle with Liam in 2016.

“Miley obviously likes to do things originally and on her own terms and would like to ask Liam to marry her,” the source told the publication. “If he doesn’t pop the question again then she would do it with no questions asked! They are working on getting back together and being official and all signs are pointing to being married. They are very determined to have everything work out like it was supposed to originally.”

However, as exciting as it may sound, Miley’s fans have a few reservations about the whole deal. For starters, it has widely been reported that Liam Hemsworth has laid down a few preconditions for Cyrus if she wants to rekindle their relationship. There were reports that Miley started to grow her hair because that is the way Liam preferred it. Later, there were also reports that the Wrecking Ball star skipped a performance in Los Angeles to be with Liam. Although, at the face of it at least, Miley Cyrus appears unaffected by the changes being asked of her, the question remains: Will someone as free-spirited as Miley want to tie herself down with a long-term relationship?

Some people close to Cyrus think it is impossible.

According to a source who spoke exclusively to Radar Online about the whole thing, Miley Cyrus is not the sort of person who would be able to cope with the increasing demands made by Liam Hemsworth, especially in the long run.

“Many people around her think that this [relationship] is a recipe for disaster,” the source revealed. “Miley has been doing everything that she can to change her image to fit into what Liam wants her to be. Unfortunately, no one thinks this is going to last, because you can never change who you are to fit what a man wants you to be. Miley has a wild side that is not going to go away. Not anytime soon at least.”

And how true is that! For her fans, Miley Cyrus is an outspoken and free-spirited star, someone they cannot be, but aspire to become. To tie her down would definitely have its consequences, and it could prove to be an issue that might come into play later, as far as Miley’s relationship with Liam is concerned.

“Liam was the one to initiate this. But he told Miley that she needed to grow the f*** up if he was going to let her back into his life,” the source revealed further.

It remains to be seen if Miley will make the extra effort just so that she can stay with Liam. If she can, there is every possibility that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth might tie the knot later this year. If that comes to pass, well, I can only wish the couple all the luck in the world.
