Brandi Glanville Says She’s Glad Her Kids Have LeAnn Rimes To Support Them Since Eddie Cibrian Can’t

The shots have been fired. On Thursday morning, Brandi Glanville responded to her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, publicly calling her a liar in response to her saying that she has asked his wife, LeAnn Rimes, to stop posting photos of her two sons with Eddie over the holidays but has been refused.

Brandi first posted a tweet that criticized her ex for going to the press. She then posted a tweet that proclaimed that she’s actually glad her sons have LeAnn to support them since Eddie can’t. Both tweets have since been deleted from Brandi’s account.

Brandi later tweeted that she doesn’t want to start a war but was simply responding to a question.

She also admitted that she deleted her prior tweets after realizing that she doesn’t want to start the new year feuding with Eddie.

Brandi has publicly stated that she doesn’t get enough child support from Eddie, who began an affair with LeAnn years ago when he was still married to Brandi and she was still married to Dean Sheremet. Just two weeks ago, after she received criticism for calling herself a single mother, she wrote on her Instagram page that she doesn’t even get enough child support money to cover groceries. The message was attached to a photo of one of her sons doing homework.

In an interview with People, posted on Wednesday, Eddie Cibrian said that Brandi Glanville is lying about asking LeAnn Rimes to stop posting photos of their sons to her social media accounts. Eddie claims that Brandi is lying to get publicity.

“Brandi is lying. She lies for the sake of publicity and she has to bring in my wife unfortunately for it to make headlines. It isn’t fair. She never asked LeAnn to not post pictures of the kids during the holidays, ever. They don’t even talk!”

In regards to Brandi saying that she doesn’t see her kids as much as she would like, Eddie pointed out that he also misses the boys when they’re with her. Eddie added that Brandi keeps up the feud on purpose.

“Brandi’s play is to keep this going, and I’m shocked that the press still takes the bait. It’s unfortunate. She won’t [leave us alone]. One day, I hope it all goes away, because it’s been long enough.”

As for how it affects LeAnn, Eddie said that it’s unfair to her since she has done nothing but be a loving stepmother to the boys.

“It’s unfair for LeAnn. What has she done? Nothing, but love the children. [Our sons] have a mother who loves them, and a father and a stepmother who loves them. That’s all that should matter.”

Eddie’s statements were in response to Brandi saying, during her appearance on the Nik Richie Podcast, that LeAnn posting photos of her two sons over the holidays puts her through “hell.” Brandi admitted that when she sees the photos of her sons with LeAnn and Eddie as a happy family, she drowns her sorrows with alcohol. She also said that she asked LeAnn to stop posting such photos on particularly sensitive days, but she has refused.

“She’s like, ‘It’s my family too, and I’m going to do whatever I want.’ It’s hard but I deal with it.”

The day after the podcast aired, LeAnn posted a tweet that suggested that she’s trying to stay calm.

LeAnn also posted an Instagram message stating that love is the only thing that matters and that it’s impossible to make everyone happy.

Brandi Glanville actually started off the new year with a very positive tweet that included Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes. On the first day of the year, she tweeted that she’s thankful for them.
