Samuel L. Jackson Vs Donald Trump Feud Rages On

Samuel L. Jackson and Donald Trump are, reportedly, in a feud. The actor says that he knows the GOP candidate, stating that they have golfed together and talked multiple times. Trump says that to the best of his recollection, he does not know Jackson personally. According to the possible Bernie Sanders fan, the Republican frontrunner once set up a golf date between himself and former President Bill Clinton. The potential “first husband” has not yet weighed in on the unfolding drama.

The dispute between the presidential hopeful and the actor appears to have begun after Jackson made a comment about Trump in Rhapsody magazine. Donald Trump took to Twitter to share his thoughts about his relationship, or lack there of, with Samuel L. Jackson.

“I don’t know @SamuelLJackson, to best of my knowledge haven’t played golf w/him & think he does too many TV commercials—boring. Not a fan.”

In the interview with the airline in-flight magazine, Jackson said that although he had golfed with Donald Trump in the past, the two men are not pals. Samuel also said that he does not think that Trump “believes half the things he says.” When pontificating on Trump’s run for president, the actor added that while the real estate mogul is an “interesting character” he believes that he more closely resembles P.T. Barnum, the famous circus showman, than a real politician.

If poll numbers are at least moderately accurate, the majority of American voters on the GOP side of the political spectrum, are sick to death of real politicians and prefer a candidate who exudes strength and real-world experience. Trump has topped nearly all GOP political polls for the past six months. Only time will tell if voters truly want to send an outsider to the Oval Office, or agree with Samuel L. Jackson’s assessment of the Republican frontrunner.
