‘Real Housewives’ Eileen Davidson Reacts To Lisa Vanderpump’s ‘High Maintenance’ Remarks

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Eileen Davidson is reacting to what she saw on Tuesday night’s episode of the show. She responded to comments made by Lisa Vanderpump over the fact that she and Kyle Richards opted for a rental house in the Hamptons instead of the hotel Vanderpump booked for them.

After Eileen viewed the Real Housewives episode, she wrote on her Bravo blog that the hotel experience was unbearable due to the room she and Kyle were staying in being situated by the pool. Eileen added that music started playing at 9 a.m. every morning and there was no room service.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member joked that there “wasn’t even a Jack-in-the-Box close by.” Eileen Davidson said the Hamptons home they stayed in was far superior in many respects. Lisa Rinna joined them later on after she arrived following a QVC special.

Davidson wrote, “The happiness I felt being in that beautiful home (thanks, Mauricio!), where I could sleep in peace and be in the vicinity of a fully-stocked fridge was unparalleled. Lisa R. felt the same way after her five-hour drive.”

Eileen thought Lisa Vanderpump should’ve focused on the fact that they all showed up for her Bella Magazine cover.

Eileen added in her post, “I didn’t think moving would be a problem. I agree with Lisa R.–it shouldn’t matter where we are sleeping, we showed up! I guess I was wrong. Plus, I was always taught it was polite to leave a note!”

There was a remark in the RHOBH episode that Lisa V. made about Eileen, Kyle, and Lisa R. being “high maintenance” because they didn’t want to stay at the hotel. Eileen disagreed with that because she wondered how wanting some food and sleep had anything to do with being high maintenance.

The Young and the Restless actress said that all three of them were shocked Vanderpump felt like they “abandoned” her.

Eileen continued in her post, “We abandoned the nightclub, not you, Lisa V.! At first I think she’s joking, but it seems she’s really taken it personally. If just needing a good night’s sleep and a meal is high maintenance, then I guess I’m high maintenance?”

Lisa Vanderpump didn’t want to leave the hotel because she thought it would be rude. It sounds like the booking was arranged before Lisa appeared for the Bella Magazine cover and that she didn’t want to offend anyone by leaving. She was afraid it would’ve come across as not being good enough for her. She was concerned about how it appeared having her friends leave like they did. Kyle told the other women that she thought Vanderpump was just jealous and really wished she could’ve joined them.

In other scenes that Eileen Davidson was seen in on Real Housewives this Tuesday, she was discussing money matters with her husband, Vincent. She made the dreadful mistake of leaving price tags on her clothes. When Vincent saw that one of the dresses cost $500, he got on her case. Eileen said she makes her own money and that she doesn’t tell him not gamble away his money.

Eileen said Lisa R. texted her during the episode and told her not to do that again.

Davidson wrote, “Having Vincent help me pack clothes with the price tags on? AMATEUR move! Lisa R. texted me when she saw this episode, ‘What were you thinking? You have to cut those suckers off!’ I’ve now learned: Always destroy the evidence. I won’t make the same mistake again.”

There are hints that a lot more is ahead revolving around this pair’s marriage. Some tense moments have already surfaced on money matters and on who does what in the household. Viewers are likely to witness a lot more discourse on occasion as they bicker among themselves.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 airs Tuesday nights on Bravo at 9 p.m., ET.
