Kim Kardashian Mocks ‘KUWTK’ Rob 100-Lb Weight Gain Amid Diabetes As Khloe Kardashian Slams Suicidal Scott Disick

Khloe and Kim Kardashian have more in common than co-starring on Keeping Up with the Kardashians (KUWTK) and becoming breakout reality TV celebrities. The two famous sisters also have shown their savvy when it comes to both social media and making their presence known on the show. And most recently, Khloe and Kim both also revealed that they’re not always the kindest Kardashians when it comes to their comments about those who appear needy.

Aiming at her brother Rob Kardashian, who gained 100 pounds in recent years, Kim mocked him on a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, reported the Daily Mail.

Rob, 28, has experienced some changes in his body art, and his 35-year-old big sister thought it would be entertaining to make fun of how his weight has affected his appearance while chatting with Kylie, her sister, and momager Kris Jenner as they enjoyed a holiday in St. Barts.

Battling depression as well as his weight, her brother has become a recluse and avoided even appearing on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. But that didn’t stop Kim from turning him into a subject of ridicule. Kardashian dished on how he had decided to transform a tattoo of Adrienne Bailon, his former girlfriend, with one of Rita Ora, also now an ex.

“He covered it with a life-sized barbie doll of Rita that has now turned into a Cabbage Patch Doll,” giggled Kim. “Have you seen it lately? It was like a Barbie doll and he’s gained weight and it’s like a huge Cabbage Patch Kid. Huge!”

Kim wasn’t the only one joking about tattoos because Kris also teased the news that Kylie decided to celebrate turning 18 with her own first tattoo, which is a red heart.

“I told her for 18 years she couldn’t have a tattoo,” revealed Kris.

Jenner also found it entertaining that Tyga has Kylie’s name inked on his arm, which he feels is a way to make milestones memorable.

The episode of KUWTK in which Kim mocked her brother’s weight gain was filmed prior to his frightening medical crisis, which resulted in a hospital visit and a reported diagnosis of diabetes. As the Inquisitr reported, Kardashian has other complications that could potentially lead to a stroke, heart attack, or even death unless he dramatically changes his lifestyle.

His reported diagnosis of diabetic ketoacidosis signifies a dangerous diabetes complication that can, potentially, result in a diabetic coma. However, the physicians offered Rob hope with the recommendation to change his lifestyle by improving his diet and fitness regime to manage his type 2 diabetes.

But Kardashian was also diagnosed with problems with his kidney and pancreas, a source told Radar Online.

“His pancreas is basically not functioning,” said the insider. “He also has kidney problems. He’s very, very sick.”

And Kim’s brother isn’t the only one having problems that have been chronicled on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Khloe Kardashian Defends Her Sister

Khloe Kardashian had her own strong reaction to Scott Disick crying and confessing suicidal thoughts during a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, reported Us Weekly.

Meeting with Kim, Khloe, Kris, and his ex-girlfriend Kourtney, with whom he shares three children, Disick confessed he felt guilty about failing to apologize and also shared his suicidal issue.

“I’ve never apologized to all of you for letting all of you down and embarrassing you guys,” he revealed. “If I didn’t have those kids, I would kill myself.”

But Khloe was not impressed, and she live-tweeted her views during the episode.

“I hate people who play victim. Take accountability people. Own your actions #KUWTK,” tweeted Khloe.

The reality TV star also shared her pride in some of her reactions.

“My stare down is meeeeaaaaannnnn,” she boasted.

And Khloe also emphasized that she only wanted to protect those she loved.

“Sometimes I’m way too direct but I am all about protecting the ones I love ???? my intentions are good,” she tweeted.

Khloe got kudos from fans for protecting her sister.

“If @khloekardashian was my sister, I’d totally have her talk to my ex for me! She’s always standing up for her sis,” praised one fan.
