Kim Kardashian Posts 1st Saint Pic & Vows To Shed 70 Lbs: Weight Loss Tips From Kim, Kourtney & Khloe Kardashian


Kim Kardashian shared the first photo proving that she gave birth to a saint — well, sort of. After giving birth to baby No. 2 and her first son, Kim and husband Kanye West have kept photos of the child they named Saint West out of the public view. So, Kardashian gave into the temptation to share her cute daughter North West’s response to her little brother while providing a teasing view of her new infant, reported E! News.

Kim quoted her daughter in her post.

“She said, ‘He’s my best friend,’ ” tweeted Kardashian showing a photo of North holding her tiny brother’s hands.

As for revealing a full photo of the baby? Not yet, but there is new news from that now-we-are-four Kardashian-West clan.

“Kim and Kanye are tired, but are enjoying every moment they can with Saint,” an insider told E! News.”Kanye loves that there is a baby boy in the family now. Kanye is already thinking of melodies for baby Saint.”

Moreover, the source revealed that as befits his name, Saint is a very good boy.

“Saint is a really happy baby. North and Kourtney’s kids love seeing Saint. Kourtney and Koko are helping Kim and giving baby Saint major love.”

What’s awaiting Kim in 2016? Kardashian has vowed to achieve a total weight loss of 70 post-pregnancy pounds, reported ABC News.

Already 17 pounds down since giving birth, the 70-pound weight loss achievement would put her at 120 pounds, which Kim shared as a weight that’s four pounds under her wedding day weigh-in.

Kardashian also listed losing weight as her number one resolution for 2016, reported People.

“In the next coming months I’d obviously like to shed the baby weight. That’s the big one to accomplish first!”emphasized Kim.

And some of Kardashian’s other 2016 resolutions also align with her weight loss vow, from photo shoots baring her body to an exercise that would showcase her slim-down.

“I’d like to do some really cool photo shoots for my Web site,” planned Kim. “Oh, I also want to learn how to do the splits LOL!” she added.

How Kim Kardashian Loses Weight

Kardashian has succeeded in shedding those pesky post-pregnancy pounds before. Her weight loss regimen for that famous break-the-Internet photo shoot involved a complex diet and fitness program, reported Elle.

Kim starts her day around 6 a.m. and asks Kanye to run with her.

“He usually does. Or he won’t because he has a workout, so we’ll just talk about that, then kisses,” shared Kardashian.

After running for about 35 minutes, Kim does toning exercises for a 60-to-75 minute total workout. Kardashian and Kanye also have a personal chef and nutritionist. And Kim revealed that she’s not alone in her weight loss focus.

“Kanye loves to eat really healthy and is always on different diets. He has a chef who comes in the morning and cooks breakfast for both of us and gets our meal plans together for the day.”

The nutritionist that she and Kanye share vary their diet every 10 days. When she craves something sweet, Kardashian eats a plain packet of Justin’s peanut butter or almond butter packets. And once in awhile, Kim allows herself her favorite sweet treat, which is Häagen-Dazs Dulce de Leche.

Weight Loss Tips From Kourtney & Khloe Kardashian

Khloe famously lost weight and went from the chubby Keeping Up With The Kardashians star to the fabulously fit one, authoring a book Strong Looks Better Naked, reported ET.

Kardashian has been spending hours at the gym working out. In addition, Khloe credits eliminating dairy from her food plan for helping her slim down faster. And her overall philosophy when it comes to weight loss focuses on continued effort.

“There is no such thing as perfect. Nobody attains perfection,” muses Kardashian. “But if you keep working at it, you grow and evolve, and to me that’s sort of the point: to be a better person today than I was yesterday; to become the best possible version of myself.”

As for sister Kourtney, she’s another Kardashian obsessed with working out. Her social media shares overflow with pictures of those fab abs and whittled waistline. And to make sure she keeps it up in 2016, Kourtney has persuaded Kylie Jenner to team up with her as her workout BFF.

In addition, as the Inquisitr reported, Kylie, along with sisters Khloe and Kourtney, is hopping on the bandwagon of a new trend that’s actually a rebranding of an old trend. Say hello to corset waist trainers, which promise to give you an hourglass figure and are increasingly popular among celebrities such as Jenner and the Kardashian sisters.

And it is Khloe who has been the real fan of the corset waist trainer. The 31-year-old, recently slimmed down Kardashian reality TV star recently headed back to the gym after taking two months off caring for her estranged husband, Lamar Odom.

“This band makes me sweat more in our tummy area so it give me that extra boost when I’m feeling a little bloated. I love how my posture in the gym is even better due to wearing it,” revealed Kardashian on social media about her waist trainer.
