Drake, Amber Rose Dating? Pair Spotted At Dinner In Miami Showing ‘Major PDA’
Could a Drake-Amber Rose hookup be a real thing? According to reports, the rapper and model were seen getting cozy on New Year’s Day at the Miami SoHo House and they were “flaunting major PDA!”
Hollywood Life reports that Drake and Amber Rose “turned heads” when they arrived at Miami SoHo House with an entourage in tow. A source told the media outlet that Amber Rose and Drake looked like they were “more than friends.”
“Drake and Amber Rose had a big entourage with them. But they were standing together as they went up in the elevator. They ate dinner with a few other people, but they were sitting next to each other and he had his arm around her! She was in a tight white outfit and he was wearing a red shirt. They definitely seemed more than friends.”
The news comes as a surprise to fans, who speculated that Amber and her ex-husband, Wiz Khalifa, could be attempting to get back together. That speculation began after it was reported that Amber and Wiz spent Christmas together with their son. Amber Rose has also garnered media attention in recent weeks as she continued to do what she does best: tackle double standards while talking about sexuality and feminism. Rose recently revealed that she was sexually assaulted in middle school, and the principal blamed the assault on Rose. During the interview, Amber Rose said she likes to talk about uncomfortable situations.
“I think it makes people uncomfortable, but I like to make people uncomfortable. I think it brings awareness.”
At the time of the interview, Rose also compared the treatment she’s received in the media to the treatment her ex-husband has received, saying that one date makes her a “slut,” while Wiz is able to get away with going to the club with a different woman every night. Will fans view Amber Rose’s dinner with Drake as an opportunity to call her names?
Meanwhile, Drake also has been romantically linked to other celebrities in recent months, including Serena Williams and Nicki Minaj. In fact, Drake has been at the center of a rap battle with Nicki’s boyfriend, Meek Mill, for several months. Drake has also been linked to Kendall Jenner, though after Kendall was spotted with Harry Styles, it seems obvious that Drake and Kendall Jenner aren’t currently together.

Perhaps Drake and Amber Rose could be a real thing, as it seems like neither celebrity is seriously dating anyone else right now. Reports indicate that Amber rang in the new year at Drake’s private New Year’s Eve party at E11even.

This is not the first time that there have been whispered rumors of a potential Drake-Amber Rose hookup. In September of 2010, Hello Beautiful reported that the rapper and actress were seen leaving a nightclub together shortly after Amber Rose broke up with Kanye. At the time, Drake was said to be dating Taraji P. Henson. The alleged 2010 hookup between Amber and Drake was never confirmed, but it is at least obvious that the two have been friends for many years.
