Taylor Swift, Kendall Jenner Battle Over Instagram Likes And Harry Styles
Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner are in a battle of sorts. Not only are the stars reportedly battling over Harry Styles, but they’re also in a battle for the most Instagram likes.
Rumors have been swirling that Taylor Swift, 26, is “completely shocked” about Kendall Jenner’s, 20, reunion with Harry Styles, 21. The couple previously dated in 2013, shortly after Styles and Swift dated. But, it looks like their relationship is back on since Jenner was seen with Styles in Anguilla. Previous reports claim that Swift still has feelings for Styles, and that she thinks Jenner is breaking the “girl code.”
Now there’s a new rumor that the model promised the country-turned-pop star that she would never go back to the One Direction singer.
“Taylor heard from a mutual friend that Harry and Kendall are back together and she is completely shocked. She can’t believe that Kendall would actually date Harry, especially after their last conversation when she said she would never, ever get involved with him again.”
Jenner and Styles sent fans into a state of shock when they were seen vacationing together earlier this week. Fans took to Twitter to get their couple name “Hendall” trending, which quickly became the worldwide trending topic. Jenner and Styles were then seen cuddling and wrestling on a private yacht. They reportedly spent New Year’s Eve together and Swift wasn’t too happy to hear the news.
“Taylor and Kendall actually bonded over dissing Harry and comparing notes on him. The fact that Harry and Kendall are celebrating New Year’s Eve together is beyond weird to Taylor. She really can’t trust anything that Kendall tells her, not now that she is back with Harry!”
It’s an awkward situation to say the least, especially since Jenner was seen in Swift’s girl squad in 2014 and some of 2015. The alleged insider says that the girls would even compare notes about how Styles acted in their respective relationships. Not only are the beauties rumored to be fighting over the 1D singer, they’re also duking it out when it comes to Instagram likes.
A photo of Kendall Jenner posing with several hearts formed in her hair was 2015’s most popular photo on Instagram, according to Access Hollywood. The pic also shows the reality star wearing what looks like a wedding dress. Though her photo didn’t include a caption or a reason why she posted it, the photo has been liked over 3.2 million times since it was posted in July.
Taylor Swift rose to No. 6 on the list with photos of herself riding on her boyfriend Calvin Harris’ back, standing next a white flower bouquet sent by Kanye West, and taking some dedicated selfies with her cat Meredith.
“She lost him but she found herself and somehow that was everything #OOTWMusicVideo is now on VEVO.”
Some of Swift’s own fans couldn’t stop thinking about Hendall. One remarked, “Why would @kendalljenner date one of her friends @taylorswift13 ex boyfriend?Wow is that what u call great friendship? #Hendall”
Taylor, who’s now dating DJ Calvin Harris, also premiered the new music video during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest on ABC. The seemingly Twilight-inspired video has resulted in mixed reactions from her fans and critics.
