Actor Wilmer Valderrama shared two adorable photos of his friend on Instagram over the weekend. In one of the photos, he captioned one of the sweet pics, “This boy was there for it all… 8 years worth of memories and ups and downs. Since he was a puppy he had this human like presence, everyone that knew this boy knew exactly what I’m talking about … He was the BEST and perfect dog. So polite, so welcoming and just good GOOD boy… I have never had such a loving dog… He just loved being around us all… He never lost his innocence.”

Demi Lovato also took to her own Instagram page to share a photo of the dog happily licking her face. She captioned the photo, “I miss you so much already beautiful boy. When I first met you 6 years ago, I was intimidated by your size and your strong presence… But as I got to k now you, I learned you were just one big teddy bear. One handsome teddy bear that’s for sure.”

Lovato had plenty of love for Valderrama’s dog despite her allergies, as she noted in her Instagram post. She said that she will miss having to take allergy medication every time pooch gave her kisses. This is the second dog that Lovato and Valderrama have lost in 2015. Their cute little pup Buddy was tragically killed by coyotes back in July.

But the couple has been through some happy moments. Demi and Will recently went to St. Barts, where they were seen making out under the waterfall. And on Monday, Dec. 28, Demi Lovato also took to Instagram to share a black-and-white photo of her little sis, Madison De La Garza, and to share some inspiring words in honor of her 14th birthday.

Just a few days ago, Demi Lovato shared an inspiring message about her battling addiction. On Wednesday, Dec. 23, the “Confident” singer took to Instagram to share a clip that shows the statistics on drug addiction. The message is from the nonprofit Facing Addiction, which works hard to help addicts and end the stigma behind addiction.

“I am one of the 1 in 7 people who have faced addiction, and I am grateful to be in recovery today. It’s time for us to all reflect, and start @facingaddiction.”

The former Disney star has been becoming an inspiration for addiction and mental health since she sought treatment for drug abuse, eating disorders, and cutting back in 2010. Demi has also been open about her struggle with bipolar disorder, which has inspired her fight for mental health reform on Capitol Hill.

The 23-year-old singer has revealed that she has turned to her 35-year-old boyfriend for support. In an Instagram post about her three-year anniversary of sobriety, Lovato credited Valderrama for sticking by her side during their on-and-off relationship. In her loving post, she said that she wouldn’t be “alive” if it wasn’t for the support of her boyfriend.

Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama have been dating for almost four and a half years. The couple met at 2010 during a photo shoot for Voto Latino, which was also the year that Demi checked herself into rehab for her various mental health issues.

The couple suffered through a short breakup in 2012, but they still kept their relationship under wraps. In 2014, Lovato posted a cozy photo of herself with Valderrama, causing her Lovatics to freak out on Twitter. Nowadays, the couple is no longer shy to sharing photos of each other on social media.

There have been rumors about whether or not Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama will walk down the aisle, but it looks like the couple is happy where they’re at.
