Wiz Khalifa Announces New Release For January 2016

Wiz Khalifa spent his Christmas just as any parent would wish to – in the company of his son. People reports that Khalifa’s estranged wife, Amber Rose, documented their son Bash’s Christmas Day on Instagram. Clearly, father and son had a great time together.

Apparently, Rose also captured Bash’s budding musical talent that he obviously inherited from his father. In a cute video she captured on Christmas Day, Bash (short for Sebastian) is rocking it. That kid has definitely got the moves!

Will he grow up to be a star like his daddy? Only time will tell. But he might turn out to be a doctor instead because apparently he also has a thing for human anatomy. With a life-sized skeleton as a Christmas present, this little man is soaking up the academics.

“Now he’s feeding him a piece of paper to make Mr Skeleton better. Sebastian is obsessed with human anatomy. He likes learning about organs, bones and blood. I think I have a very special boy on my hands.”

But are Wiz Khalifa and Rose back together after their little Christmas get-together? Hollywood Life reports that an insider said the couple are not back together and have only had Christmas together for the sake of their son.

“Everything that is happening between Amber and Wiz is strictly for Sebastian. It is very important for them to co-parent for the sake of Sebastian, especially around the holidays. They are very happy and get along much better then they once did, but things aren’t officially back on. But when it comes to the relationship side of things, Amber’s intentions are to get Wiz back full time and live as a family, but Wiz still has a wandering eye and doesn’t really have the same thoughts on that right now.”

Apparently, Wiz Khalifa also denied they were getting back together.

“That’s my baby’s mother man.”

And Rose denied it as well.

“Nope. [But] that’s the love of my life. Always.”

Wiz Khalifa does seem to be flying solo in the relationship department, but what about in his career? What does he have coming up in 2016? Hot New Hip Hop reports that Khalifa made an announcement to fans that in 2016 he will be launching Project Khalifa. Wiz Khalifa sent out the message via a YouTube video for fans to see.

In the video, he says the project will involve previously unreleased music, according to Billboard.

“Nobody really knows this, I plan on putting out a project with some unreleased music that nobody’s ever heard before and I’m gonna call it Project Khalifa. And that’s actually gonna be available in January.”

The announcement comes just two weeks after Wiz Khalifa released Cabin Fever 3, which is a mixtape. Billboard reported that Khalifa had many of his regular collaborators on the new album, as well as members of the Taylor Gang such as Juicy J, Curren$y, and Chevy Woods. Twitter lit up when news of Cabin Fever 3 came out.

Wiz Khalifa also had a banner year in 2015, with three Grammy nominations, including Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, and Best Song Written for Visual Media. He even has a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Song for his soundtrack for Fast & Furious.

With all this going on and fatherhood on top of the mix, Wiz Khalifa is one busy man. No doubt he is loving every minute of it, though. Bring on 2016 and everything you will deliver to your fans, Wiz Khalifa. And thank goodness January is almost here so fans can get a taste of Project Khalifa.
