Diets that work aren’t the only way for individuals to lose weight after the holidays. Bone broth is another food that may seem to come from nowhere on the Health & Fitness list. The benefits are tremendous as the Los Angeles Lakers have found by adding this supplement to their official team diet, Indie Fresh reported.

While a liquid diet may have helped the already slim Hasselbeck drop more weight, the weight loss regime is not a good long-term solution. Nutrition Secrets reports that without adequate amounts of proteins, carbohydrates, amino acids and essential nutrients, long-term health problems could develop from short-term weight loss.
