‘Fuller House’ Spoilers: New Details Released As Premiere Date Grows Closer

Fuller House has been highly anticipated since the idea for the program was first announced to the viewing public. The original show, Full House, was a huge hit when it aired almost three decades ago, and it was still getting good ratings from reruns on late-night television. For some reason, viewers always came back to this family-oriented show. Now that a release date has been announced and a trailer has been released, Fuller House is the real thing. Fans cannot wait to see if the spin-off will live up to all of the hype.

Instead of Fuller House being centered around the original cast members living their lives in the same capacity as before, things have been switched up a bit. D.J. Tanner is moving back home because she was recently widowed, and she has three young boys. It is a complete swap from when Danny Tanner was widowed with three young girls on Full House. D.J. will enlist the help of her middle sister, Stephanie, and long-time best friend, Kimmy Gibbler, to help raise the boys in the house she grew up in. The trailer showed Comet the dog inside the home while the rest of the cast was scrambling outside the door trying to get in. In the background, Miranda Lambert’s “The House That Built Me” is playing.

According to E! Online, the Chmerkovskiy brothers will be making guest appearances on Fuller House. This is because both had built friendships with Candace Cameron Bure during her time on Dancing With the Stars. Fans are excited to see how they will fit in, especially since it is unclear whether or not any of the women in the series will be dating. Alongside Val and Maks Chmerkovskiy, Eva LaRue and Juan Pablo di Pace will also appear as guests. There were no specific details on the roles planned for these guest stars, but there are plenty of exciting possibilities.

Several of your favorites will be seen on Fuller House, as well. In fact, almost the entire original cast from Full House will be spotted throughout Season 1, except for the Olsen twins. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen decided not to work on the project. In fact, they have been trying to shed that Michelle Tanner character from their lives for decades. They were both successful tween moguls because of the show, but they have since moved on. Fuller House did not appeal to them, and it disappointed long-time fans that they were not returning.

It seems that instead of the Fuller House trailer being everything fans expected, it was a bit of a letdown. According to the Los Angeles Times, the Fuller House trailer was creepy. There were no cast members shown, just Comet in the empty house while voices could be heard outside of the door. The music played was fitting, but there wasn’t much substance to it. Once the characters begin to emerge, and the setting has been laid out, chances are fans will want to see more of the show. For those who grew up watching Full House, this is a real treat! There is nothing like reliving childhood memories in a different way with your own children.

The first season of Fuller House will be available to stream on Netflix on Feb. 26. All of the episodes will be loaded and ready to binge watch. It is unclear whether or not the creators have plans to actually film more seasons at this time. Fans will take what they can get, even if it is only one season of Fuller House. As the time passes and the premiere date grows near, fans are excited to learn everything they can about what to expect. At this point, spoilers are few and far in between for Fuller House, and fans are happy with the information they have already received!
