Get Fit With Khloe Kardashian’s New Diet, She Lost 11 Pounds In A Few Weeks


Blonde bombshell Khloe Kardashian broke the Internet recently with her naked photo shoot and plunging neckline, but first she lost 11 pounds in just a few weeks with a new diet.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star told E!News she lost the weight simply by giving up dairy.

“I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference. In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.”

Now, Khloe relies on dairy alternatives after having learned what the real thing does to her body. She told Us Magazine her new mantra is “you are what you eat.

“I’m way healthier now than I ever was. I stay really hydrated by drinking five liters of water and taking vitamins every single day.”

Dairy has been shown to increase acne breakouts and increase the risk of cancer, while not fulfilling the promise of stronger bones and fewer fractures; it’s also full of saturated fat and has been linked to heart disease.

Kardashian, 31, just wrote a book Strong Looks Better Naked where she expressed her love of the gym, weight loss struggle and her self-image. On the cover she is wearing only a sheet. Khloe said she lost almost 40 pounds with her workout routine and diet change, according to Us Magazine.

“Working out does so much for me emotionally, but it also makes my skin look better, everything looks better.”

The Internet went crazy recently when Khloe showed off her good looks with a nude photo shoot she posted to her website and Instagram. The nude photos of Kardashian showed her sitting naked on the edge of a pool with her exposed back and butt facing the camera.

“Even though I’ve worked really hard on my mind and body to get to this point. I am still shocked I had the courage to do this shoot.”

Kardashian can also be seen on the cover of January’s New Beauty magazine flaunting her curves and showing her figure in number of form-fitting dresses.

We all know diet and exercise are the key to staying healthy and other television and movie stars have also come out with their favorite health regimes.

Jennifer Aniston eats a shake, eggs, and avocado for breakfast before hitting the gym for some cardio and barre workout. Barre is a new workout using yoga and Pilates postures to isolate specific muscles combined with high reps of range of motion movements. Aniston also keeps frozen grapes handy for a quick snack between meals.

Beyonce lost 65 pounds by becoming a temporary vegan with her husband Jay-Z. The singer lost the weight in 22 days by replacing her normal meals with vegan food along with cardio workouts and weightlifting.

Sandra Bullock credits her low carb diet and exercise regime for her youthful good looks. The Our Brand Is Crisis star does a lot of kickboxing, weight training, running, and pilates to stay thin. Bullock’s trainer reportedly makes sure she spends at least an hour in the gym six times a day. For a treat, the Gravity star will have a bowl of Lucky Charms once a week.

Jessica Alba stays away from processed food with her diet of organic and fresh foods. The mother of two is big on vegetables, but has also been known to indulge in potato chips and other snacks.
