Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Are “Steaming Up” After ‘The Voice’ Finale, Celebrate Engagement

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton may have recently wrapped filming on The Voice, but their newfound romance continues to grow. Nearly one week after the ninth season of their NBC series came to an end, Gwen Stefani and Shelton are said to be “steaming up” as he prepares to welcome Christina Aguilera back to her coaching chair.

“[Gwen Stefani] and Blake are steaming up,” a source told E! News on December 21. “They have been having some great times with each other the past few months and are on the same page of life now. Blake is extremely supportive of [Gwen Stefani] and her kids’ transition. Blake is really great with kids and loves being around children. He has a lot of patience.”

Now that Gwen Stefani has wrapped the ninth season of The Voice, she will take a backseat as Aguilera steps in for Season 10. However, just because Gwen Stefani will no longer be on the show doesn’t mean she’ll be spending any less time with Shelton. In fact, by most accounts, the couple appear to be getting more and more serious. Just this weekend, as reported by TMZ, Gwen Stefani stepped out with Shelton and her youngest son, Apollo.

Gwen Stefani and Shelton “spend a lot of time together” and are “getting more serious,” the E! News source confirmed.

Over the weekend, after facing engagement rumors of their own, Gwen Stefani and Shelton traveled to Nashville, where they celebrated the engagement of singer RaeLynn and Josh Davis. During the bash, according to E! News‘ source, Gwen Stefani and Shelton reportedly “had a blast.”

“They were extremely friendly to everyone at the party and fit in just great. They acted normally and were very down-to-earth, regular people. Both of them together were the life of the party. They didn’t show too much PDA, but you can tell they were a couple and very into each other.”

“Blake and [Gwen Stefani] were great,” a source said. “They looked happy. They were having a great time and dressed in spirit. Blake gave a nice little toast to Raelynn and congratulated his close friend…what a friend would do for another friend.”

Gwen Stefani has had a wild year. In February, as an Us Weekly insider stated, she allegedly discovered news of a probable affair between her then-husband, Gavin Rossdale, and their former nanny, Mindy Mann. After coming across text messages sent between Rossdale and Mann, which spoke of plans to meet for sex, Gwen Stefani reportedly confronted Rossdale. Rather than admit to his alleged wrongdoings at that point, he chose to claim that the messages were nothing more than flirtations. Then, months later, he was believed to have come clean. In August of this year, Gwen Stefani filed for divorce.

Months after their split, Gwen Stefani was romantically linked to Shelton after the two appeared to be getting along at a Halloween party; a short time later, the couple confirmed their romance with an outing in Nashville, during which Gwen Stefani and Shelton held hands and enjoyed drinks with friends. Since then, Gwen Stefani and Shelton have made their love for one another clear on The Voice and off.

Meanwhile, Gwen Stefani’s former partner, Rossdale, is believed to have reunited with his alleged mistress at Pint Size Kids, her daycare center in Sherman Oaks, California, where his Range Rover was seen outside of the venue.
