Amy Duggar’s Husband Says Duggars ‘Using’ Betrayed Wife Anna’s ‘Emotions’ For Ratings

Amy Duggar King’s husband is speaking out and is not very happy about the fact that the Duggar family is showing Anna on their new special. Dillon King is revealing his thoughts and he isn’t shy about what he thinks. Radar Online shared the news that Dillon talked to In Touch Weekly and revealed his thoughts on Anna Duggar being on the show. This week on Jill & Jessa: Counting On everyone will finally get to hear straight from Anna about Josh cheating on her and how things are going now.

Amy’s husband, Dillon, said “It looks like they are using all the emotion for ratings. It’s just not right.” Amy’s husband doesn’t want to see Anna thrown under the bus just to make some money for TLC, and everyone understands that honestly. So far, Amy is staying quiet on her thoughts about this one. Amy doesn’t live her life like the rest of the Duggars, though, and actually does what she wants and follows her own rules. Amy and Dillon did not wait to kiss until their wedding day like the other Duggars.

Dillon King has never been shy about the fact that he doesn’t support what Josh Duggar did. When Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood made a joke about Josh on the Country Music Awards last month, King sent out an Instagram post with the clip and said “@bradpaisley you are the man!!! #bestthingever.” Amy King Duggar’s husband later deleted the post like he realized he shouldn’t have shared his thoughts. He just acted like it was never up and didn’t issue an apology or anything.

People shared that this week on Jill & Jessa: Counting On, you will actually get to see Anna Duggar speak out. Anna does share how she is feeling now.

“I think it is such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we’re walking through. Not only was it a betrayal against me, but it was also a betrayal against those that call themselves Christian because here we were as a Christian couple. Everyone was able to see us get married and to vow before God to be loyal to each other, and that loyalty was broken. And so, for my heart, it was just broken.”

Anna actually has to hold back tears more than once while she is trying to explain her feelings. Anna said “my first love. He’s my one and only.” Anna Duggar has had a lot of support from the entire Duggar family, though. Her sister-in-law, Jinger Duggar, even spoke out about Anna.

“Anna is amazing. She displays to each one of us what it is to have unconditional love, and she’s walking through this better than any one of us could have ever imagined.”

In the preview above, you can see Anna Duggar get emotional talking about it all. Amy Duggar’s husband is not okay with the fact that they are doing this, and honestly, some viewers are not feeling it, either. This special was supposed to focus on Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald and how they are doing. It is talking about these things as well, but there is a lot of focus on Josh Duggar’s scandal, as well. So far it doesn’t look like Amy Duggar will be on the show at all.

Are you surprised that they are having Anna Duggar speak out on the special? Do you agree with Dillon King that they should have never done it this way? Sound off in the comments below on your thoughts and don’t miss new episodes of Jill & Jessa: Counting On Sunday nights on TLC. They have only aired one week so far, and the special will air for two more weeks.
