Rosie O’Donnell’s Daughter Publishes Nasty Texts Threatening To Disown

The separation between Rosie O’Donnell and daughter Chelsea has gone from bad to worse, as after an angry interaction, Chelsea has gone public with nasty text messages between the two. Chelsea is still angry that O’Donnell told the world that she was mentally ill and ran away, when she says that O’Donnell threw her out of the family home.

According to The Inquisitr, Chelsea has not held back on just how she perceives life with Rosie O’Donnell. According to Chelsea, life in the O’Donnell home consists of being ignored while O’Donnell watches television alone in her studio where she does arts and crafts and smokes pot. Chelsea alleges that they never get a decent meal when O’Donnell is in charge, and then it’s mostly pizza and fried food. She says it is an environment of neglect.

Radaronline was not pulling any punches when they published part of the text conversation between Chelsea and O’Donnell.

“Rosie and my other mom Kelli [Carpenter, Rosie’s ex-wife] want me to go to Texas for an independent living, therapy program,” Chelsea told the publication. “For the first 60 days it’s very restricted, you can’t do anything and it’s just strictly therapy. After that you move into an independent living program where you get your own apartment and you can have your own car.”

When Chelsea questioned whether or not she wanted to go, O’Donnell became threatening.

“U have reached new lows. Go to Texas – this is the last offer of any kind of help. Ever,” Rosie’s alleged text reads.

“Then I don’t want ur help,” Chelsea replied.

“U never have – go find another stranger to take care of u – till they kick u out – or u run away,” Rosie fired back. “Enjoy the rest of ur life. Goodbye.”

But publicly, O’Donnell preaches all peace and love.

“I love all of my kids,” she said on the matter. “My daughter has been in the news. It’s been in the news, but it’s not news to the family. It’s been a decade long. As Mom, my wish is for love and peace and wait until it’s done.”

The Daily Mail says that life with O’Donnell is her way or the highway, and there is no discussion.

“They sent me away from when I was 13 until I was 17. This is my choice and I don’t feel like I need it at this point. I’ve been in so much therapy in the last couple of years that I know everything they’re going to teach me. I’m just trying to figure out other aspects of my life, like getting a job and finishing school. I can get a therapist on the side.”

Chelsea has been wandering from boyfriend to boyfriend. She met the current one at Dunkin Donuts. She says that O’Donnell’s go-to is cruelty.

“Rosie and Kelli are not happy that I’m staying with this family,” Chelsea said. “Rosie has been really mean to the lady I’m living with over text messages, like texts she’s sent me in the past. It gets to the point where the lady is crying because my mom is being so mean.”

Chelsea is currently living with friends and deciding what her next step will be, as she is now 18 years old.

Do you think Chelsea should still have to live by Rosie O’Donnell’s rules?
