Justin Bieber: What Comes After Believe?

With the release of Justin Bieber’s new album Believe, fans want to know what exactly is in the cards for the pop star’s future. Recently, the “Boyfriend” crooner has expressed interest in dipping into the acting world, but nothing was ever explicitly discussed — until now.

Justin Bieber caught up with MTV News to discuss what happens now that his album Believe has dropped. The 18-year-old shows absolutely no signs of slowing down anytime soon. While a second single is still being picked out, Bieber’s manager Scott Braun is confident they’ll find one soon. “We’re gonna see how different songs react off the album. ‘As Long As You Love Me’ [with Big Sean] is getting a lot of love, so is ‘All Around The World’ [with Ludacris]. So is ‘Die In Your Arms.’ ‘Beauty and the Beat’ is coming with the album. We’re gonna see what the next single is. We’re gonna figure that out,” said Braun.

The huge world tour that Bieber will embark on in September is already sold out, and will push the singer all the way through to the end of 2013. “He has been watching a tremendous amount of Michael Jackson concerts from the ’80s and ’90s.,” said Braun. “And he has been talking to me about how Michael incorporated magic and pyro and reveals and he wants to bring in that. [But] still do that acoustic thing, but he wants to take it to a whole new level.”

As for branching outside of music, it seems like Bieber’s career as an actor is indeed in the cards for the not so distant future. His basketball film that was recently greenlit with Mark Wahlberg attached is coming along, and they are coming closer and closer to a production date. His costar Mark Wahlberg already has confidence that Justin Bieber will hit the role out of the park, having said, “Obviously, [Bieber] is a very good athlete. People have seen him on MTV; he can play. But I also really think he can act. There’s not going to be any shortage of pushing him in getting that kind of strong performance out of him.”

Looks like the sky is the limit for Justin Bieber.
