Mary-Kate Olsen Flaunts Wedding Ring: Olsen Twins Skip ‘Full House’ Reboot As Candace Cameron Bure Gets Snarky

Mary-Kate Olsen is flaunting a ring on that finger. The newlywed and Ashley Olsen were spotted in New York City accompanied by their usual giant cups of coffee, while Mary-Kate smoked on a break following her wedding to Olivier Sarkozy in November, reported Us Weekly.

The 29-year-old Olsen twins complemented each other in ivory coats, but only Mary-Kate enjoyed the delights of flaunting a gold ring. She and Olivier, who is 46, were wed on November 27 before an audience of friends and family numbering just 50.

“It was very small and lovely,” a source revealed to Us.

As for pals from the Olsen twins’ Full House days? Mary-Kate did not invite any of them to watch her new husband slip the ring on her finger. However, her TV father Bob Saget offered his heartfelt congratulations to the couple.

“I was not invited,” revealed Saget. “But I’m very happy. I did send a mazel tov text… I love her very much, and I hope that they’re happy.”

The wedding party featuring Mary-Kate and Sarkozy featured enormous bowls overflowing with cigarettes, reported E! News.

The Olsen twins have a sister Elizabeth, who gave a hint about the November plans in revealing that Thanksgiving would be kept to family members.

“It’s gonna be a family thing,” said Elizabeth. “Yeah, I’m really really excited, and I’ve lived in New York for 8 years and I’ve left recently, so I’m really excited to go back and have some seasonal weather.”

Olivier and Mary-Kate began their relationship in 2012. Not until 2014 was the Olsen twin seen sporting a huge ring on her left hand, and PDA sightings have been rampant. As for the age gap?

“Everyone has an opinion,” pointed out Mary-Kate. “I find it’s better to focus on what’s in front of you and to keep putting one foot in front of the other.”

And everyone also has an opinion on why the Olsen twins aren’t going to be in the reboot of Full House. But even though some rumors swirled that the cast who has come back to make Fuller House were annoyed at Mary-Kate and Ashley, no such indications were seen when Ashley reunited with Saget and Candace Cameron Bure as well as Bob’s children at the Cool Comedy Benefit, reported Too Fab.

Lara Saget and Aubrey Saget joined their dad and his TV daughters on the red carpet.

Bob was calm about not receiving an invitation to the wedding of Ashley’s twin, while Candace was not so perky about being skipped over in the decision as to who to invite. Bure played Mary-Kate and Ashley’s sister on Full House.

“My invitation must have gotten lost in the mail,” snarked the 39-year-old actress. “I’m not a smoker, so I might not have had much fun. I’m really happy for Mary-Kate though. I really am.”

With Netflix rebooting Full House without Ashley and Mary-Kate, how will producers and writers work around the absence of the Olsen twins, who played Michelle Tanner on the original show? Viewers will be able to learn what’s happening to Michelle during the 13 episodes of Fuller House currently planned, reported Life & Style.

The show will reveal that Tanner is residing in New York City and focused on creating her very own fashion line (borrowing from what the Olsen twins actually are doing with their lives currently).

Taking place in San Francisco, Fuller House stars Candace portraying D.J. Tanner-Fuller. Jodie Sweetin as Stephanie, and Andrea Barber as Kimmy also will star. Guest stars include Bob Saget, John Stamos, Lori Loughlin, and Dave Coulier.
