Khloe Kardashian ‘Pie Lies’ Backfire, Outraged After Critics Call Her A Liar

Reality star Khloe Kardashian lashed out at her critics after getting busted for claiming that the sweets she “baked” for her Thanksgiving party were actually bought from a local store.

Khloe showed off her baking abilities on social media last week through photos of three yummy-looking pies that she claimed she baked from scratch for Thanksgiving. As it turns out, the pecan, cherry, and pumpkin pies came from an L.A. bakeshop called Sweet Lady Jane.

The Keeping up with the Kardashian star impressed many of her social media followers with her kitchen skills last week as she posted snaps of her Thanksgiving preparations. One photo shows the pies on baking trays and beautifully laid out on her countertop with the caption “All my homemade greatness.” Khloe also shared shots of the pumpkin and pecan pies on an oven rack, TMZ reported.

“I am sooooo proud of myself lol can I say that???” Khloe Kardashian captioned her impressive Instagram photo.

“I filmed on a tripod, in my kitchen a lot of me baking and prepping for today so I will have that up on my app soon!!! I love testing myself and seeing what I can accomplish and actually make successfully! Now let’s pray it tastes as great as they look! This monkey bread is going to be so f—–g bomb,” she wrote on her more than 37 million Instagram followers.

The owner of Sweet Lady Jane, Jane Lockhart, instantly recognized her signature pies and was disappointed that Khloe took the credit for her products.

“The nerve. When I saw the pies on her table I thought, ‘She has to be kidding me,'” Lockhart told the Daily News upon seeing the reality star’s post. “I want to say, ‘Good job. You want a job here?'” she added derisively.

Lockhart, who has owned the store for 27 years, said there wouldn’t have been a problem had Khloe given them proper credit. “Nobody has ever stolen our identity like that before.” TMZ further confirmed that a manager of Lockhart’s bakery located in Encino, California confirmed that Khloe Kardashian bought the pies there. Each pie costs between $30 and $32 according to the bakeshop’s official website.

Critics immediately attacked the reality star on her Instagram account after learning that the pie posts were fake.

Khloe Kardashian addressed the issue with an expletive-filled comeback for her detractors, calling them “petty m———–s” on Twitter, Wednesday morning.

“Petty m———-s! I have real s–t going on in my life. Try not to choke on my nuts. You’re sucking them pretty hard,” Khloe wrote, clearly outraged by the accusations.

Some fans also defended the 31-year-old reality star from the critics, pointing out that Khloe only mentioned baking the monkey bread – not the pies – in her Instagram posts. The star apparently posted a video of herself baking.

Earlier that day, Khloe Kardashian cited a bible quote to respond to her bashers online. She tweeted about “miserable peeps” who claim to be believers of God but shame and bully other people.

Nevertheless, the Keeping up With the Kardashian member was able to celebrate Thanksgiving with the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

In another mouthwatering Instagram post, Khloe proudly showed off her holiday treats for the family: a huge turkey, ham, gravy, various side dishes, and sprouts. She spent the long holiday vacation with her sister Kim Kardashian-West, Kim’s husband rapper Kanye West, and their two-year-old daughter, North West.
