The additional dates expand on the comeback superstar’s 64-city North American leg, which is already sold out across the U.S. and Canada.

The new Purpose world tour dates were announced in a press release via a tour management company and naturally set off ripples of excitement among U.K. and European Beliebers online.

Bieber will play a slew of arenas when European dates begin on September 14, 2016 in Berlin, Germany. France, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, and the Netherlands follow before the nine-date U.K leg.

The pop icon kicks off the Brit leg of his Purpose tour with the first of two consecutive dates at London’s 02 Arena on October 11.

Tickets for the U.K. leg go on sale at 9 a.m. on Thursday, December 17. Demand is expected to be sky high.Following the worldwide chart-topping success of the lead single “What Do You Mean?” — Bieber’s Purpose album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s 200 Albums chart last month with 649,000 traditional and equivalent album sales. The 21-year-old has now debuted six times atop Billboard’s album chart during his career. The feat saw him become the youngest male to launch an album at No. 1 on the chart.

Bieber’s Purpose album also set a new single day, U.S. first week, and worldwide streaming figures on Spotify with 36 million, 77 million, and 205 million respectively. The Canadian singer also beat out The Beatles and Drake’s records when 17 songs from the album entered Billboard’s Hot 100 chart upon the album’s debut.

Along with breaking other chart records, Bieber set a new record as the first living artist to replace himself at No. 1 in the U.K.’s official singles chart since The Beatles in 1963. The Biebs’ current No. 1 single “Love Yourself” unseated his previous U.K. No. 1 “Sorry” last week.

Purpose peaked at No. 2 in the British album chart behind One Direction’s Made in the A.M. but topped charts in Canada, the U.S., Australia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, New Zealand, and Brazil. “Sorry” is at No. 2 on the Hot 100. The No. 4 spot goes to “What Do You Mean?” The Ed-Sheeran-Bieber co-penned “Love Yourself” is at No. 7.

Before all that, Bieber, The Weekend, Coldplay, Sam Hunt, and Missy Elliot will wow The Voice audiences in the finale from 9-11 p.m. ET on NBC on December 15.
