Anna Duggar And Other Members Of Family To Speak Out, ‘GMA’ Has More Previews On ‘Jill And Jessa: Counting On’
Anna Duggar has been struggling to keep a stiff upper lip while coping with husband Josh Duggar’s sexual scandal and infidelity for months now. With the new TLC show Jill and Jessa: Counting On coming up this Sunday, it looks like the mom of four is ready to share some of her feelings. Good Morning America aired a segment on Wednesday morning revealing just a little bit more on what is coming up as fans prepare to see what this show will entail.
GMA showed some clips of some of the other family members who will have their say about the whole Josh Duggar scandal. Those who were shown were Jana, Jinger, and John David. Those three have not spoken out before — only Jill and Jessa have gone public with their reactions to everything that has happened with their brother.
At first, those two girls defended Josh in the exclusive interview with Fox’s Megyn Kelly. Now, after the Ashley Madison hack and the eldest Duggar child admitting to cheating on Anna, Jill and Jessa said that they wish they would have known the full story before publically defending him. Jill Duggar Dillard spoke on how she feels about it.
“It wasn’t right for him to let us speak our word without having full knowledge what he was hiding.”
This will also be the first time that Anna Duggar will be heard speaking out on what she has gone through and her own true feelings on this horrible situation that she has been put in.
She was heard saying that she thought it just couldn’t be true once the truth came out. It sounds like she was quite shocked about what her husband had done. Anna has four kids now that she is raising on her own, including baby Meredith Grace, who was born right before the cheating scandal came out. She now has to figure out what to do for her future and for her kids.
There are so many rumors out there that suggest Anna is seeking a divorce. However, it looks like she may just be waiting until Josh Duggar leaves rehab to make a final decision on where to go from here. She may just address some of these rumors in the TLC special, or she may just be trying to heal by sharing her feelings on this tough situation she was forced into.
The devout Christian family said that they want this three-part reality show to focus on the positive things such as new babies and moving forward in a brand new chapter in their lives. That new chapter will focus mainly on both Jill and Jessa as they begin their own lives with their husbands and new babies.
While Anna Duggar is trying to piece her life back together, the two Duggar daughters are beginning theirs. Jill Dillard has moved to Central America with husband Derick and their, son Israel. Jessa Seewald just had her baby son, Spurgeon, and the show will be following her through her pregnancy and most likely the dramatic labor and delivery when Jessa had to be rushed to the hospital after experiencing heavy bleeding during her home birth.
The Inquisitr previously reported that many people were upset to think that Good Morning America would even have the Duggars on their show. It was thought that maybe they would really be in the studio in person to do an interview. However, this was only a taped segment revealing just a little bit more on what Anna Duggar and the rest of the family will reveal on Sunday.
GMA reached out to Josh Duggar asking him for any comments, but he refused to talk to them, as expected. He is currently still in a rehab center for his sexual addiction. There is no word yet on when he is expected to be released.
In the meantime, devoted fans of the Duggar family are counting down the days until Jill and Jessa: Counting On makes its debut.
